Not saying that I don't believe you, but you don't look very credible giving a link to proof that I can't see. (Requires login) - wounded625, on 10/11/2007, -0/+11everbody keeps takin my magnets :-(

hahaha - d3viou5, on 10/11/2007, -0/+5And it only took 2 seconds for the first penis to be drawn. New record?
- donsherio, on 10/11/2007, -3/+7Sorry, its Windows Only...
- HondaDarrell, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4There's also Scratch Pad:
http://web.okaygo.co.uk/apps/scratchpad/flashcom/ - markdr123, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3I always find things like that annoying. Just as you start saying something really clever or funny, people steal your words and ***** it up.
- Philipp_Lenssen, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3Dead for me too. As long as it's down, there's Dominik and mine sketch swap: http://sketchswap.com
- tech42er, on 10/11/2007, -1/+4How do you draw? I zoom in and it says ink left is 0% and it doesn't draw.
- Adam420, on 10/11/2007, -1/+4iScribble.net
is the best site ever for drawing with other people!!!!! - GhostToon, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3this thing sucks and WTF is with the envelope puzzle that pops up when I try to draw?
- Eywanadi, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3Well that was fun for about 20 seconds before digg users flooded the site and started to scribble over anything someone else started to create.
- sliptech, on 10/11/2007, -1/+4and thanks to digg we probably never will.
- Singularitarian, on 10/11/2007, -1/+4This could be useful for online tutoring.
In Los Angeles, it's common for UCLA math grad students to make $40 or $50 an hour, or more, tutoring independently or for companies like Renaissance Kids. Seems like it's time for online tutoring to take over and change that. Grad students from good schools in less wealthy areas could offer equally good but cheaper tutoring over the internet. For that matter, a smart high school student could offer really good and relatively cheap tutoring for whatever material he's already learned.
I think there should be a very Web 2.0 style tutoring site, where anyone can register as a tutor, they can charge whatever they want (by the minute or by the second), a small percentage of what the tutors makes is taken for profit for the website, students can rate their tutors (sort of like ranking a sell on Amazon marketplace), tutors can let people "listen in" or "watch in" on a tutoring session without asking questions for a reduced cost, and tutors can record tutoring sessions or other explanations and make them available for download (free or for a charge) to any students who want to see them. One way that a tutor could establish himself as a good teacher is by providing free videos of some of his tutoring sessions with other students.
Once it got going, ideally, anyone with a math question (or a question from some other subject) could log on, immediately find a tutor, ask the question, and perhaps log off after eight or ten minutes later, once the question is answered.
In-person tutoring is very rigid---why should all tutoring sessions be for a fixed time like on hour? Why should they be in the late afternoon only, and not later in the night? It's inefficient for the tutor to have to drive to the house--by saving on driving time and gas money, tutors could charge a lot less online.
If I didn't have too much other stuff to do, I'd make a website like that. But I'm too busy, so I hope someone else makes it instead. - speaker219, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2This site does exactly the same thing, check it out:
http://www.queeky.com/draw/multi/ - inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2I tried to draw something nice but some Manticore keeps erasing my work and replacing it with the word "poop". I may never have the courage to draw again.
- TangentThought, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2@eezzzz
Right... Let me get back to you once my friends stop charging me for things that takes hours of their time away from what they're doing to help me. - parkermauney, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2Funnyjunk has had a scratchpad game for ages!
- phuzzy3d, on 10/11/2007, -2/+4I find http://www.queeky.com to be a much nicer site, not the best but better than this.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -2/+4stupid thing. how the hell do you draw???
- MaxwellTD, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2i made a digg logo out of words with some help, by someone, it was destroyed shortly after.
- DiggFigg, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1That's a really great idea. I've been thinking of something similar for quite some time. Send me an email: DiggFigg [AT] gmail.com
- eezzzz, on 10/11/2007, -1/+2@Anorhc
You sir, are a ***** friend! - AllenL, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1How many people drew penises?
- sanman, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1I've enjoyed this site:
http://www.ratemydrawings.com/drawings/
Heh, take a look at some of their top-ranked drawings. They're quite good. I'd say you could probably teach yourself a lot about drawing just by replaying some of their stuff over and over. I liked the Pirates-of-the-Carribbean one, Spiderman, and the Ninja Turtle one. - TangentThought, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1I actually already do this for a couple of friends who live very far from me and needs help with some math. I use some Japanese scribble board website called "oekakichat" to do this on. I do charge them, and they comply by PayPal payments per problem or per 5 minutes. I don't plan on doing this for other means, but it's nice to be able to help people through this than on the phone for hours at a time.
- idonthack, on 10/11/2007, -2/+3:s/for hours/until it his the front page
- TheGreatZarquon, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1I think the site has been borked.
- felch, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1http://www.collab.nl has been around for years longer.
