- rolandvvv, on 05/07/2008, -2/+73One time, this guy handed me a picture of him, he said,"Here's a picture of me when I was younger." Every picture of you is when you were younger. "Here's a picture of me when I'm older." "You son-of-a-bitch! How'd you pull that off? Lemme see that camera!" - MH, rip
- inactive, on 05/07/2008, -2/+43I only dugg this for mentioning Mitch Hedberg. Yes, I actually logged in to my otherwise dormant digg account.
RIP Mitch. - cynic573, on 05/07/2008, -1/+33http://www.nekogames.jp/mt/2008/01/cursor10.html
Cursor*10's successor? - Ramble, on 05/07/2008, -1/+21Time pod looks suspiciously like a tardis.
- Chalks777, on 05/07/2008, -1/+19I'm glad to see Kongregate.com making it to the front page. It feels a lot classier to me than addictinggames.com and the like.
- grexy, on 05/07/2008, -8/+25Clever mechanic, quite innovative.
- culbeda, on 05/07/2008, -0/+13I may need the Harlem Globetrotters to help with this one...
- roseap, on 05/07/2008, -0/+11That was one of the most clever web games I've played in a long time. Loved the bit about the paradox.
- GregLoire, on 05/07/2008, -0/+10It saves automatically. You can resume your game from the level select later.
- SSCrow, on 05/07/2008, -0/+7Cursor came first.
- xTRUMANx, on 05/07/2008, -4/+12I wish there was a save feature. If I knew how many levels there were, I may be inclined to complete the game but now I'm tired of using my brain.
- GregLoire, on 05/07/2008, -0/+6The concept of time-traveling puzzles hasn't been new since Blix (maybe even earlier?), but I still think it's done pretty well here.
- je12u, on 05/08/2008, -0/+5The game description is not without its charm either:
"It’s about a robot that goes back in time for some reason. (His best friend is a talking pie!) " - Raptor007, on 05/07/2008, -0/+5I thought it said Chronojohn at first...
http://cache.kotaku.com/assets/resources/2007/04/D ... - markizzo, on 05/07/2008, -7/+12Good graphics but they stole the concept from this game
http://www.kongregate.com/games/piratejuice/timebo ... - behemothing, on 05/07/2008, -2/+7oh mitch.
- brianpeiris, on 05/07/2008, -1/+6Brilliant, this comes close to what Richard Dawkins has said in the past: What effect would it have on children if they played computer games where all the laws of quantum mechanics were in play (i.e. Photons going through two slits simultaneously, etc.).
Also, the Doctor would be proud. Now that I think of it, I'm surprised that the Doctor Who franchise hasn't already tried this! - cannonball, on 05/07/2008, -1/+6I just like playing with myself.
- daizaru, on 05/07/2008, -0/+5Stole, Borrowed, reinvented, enhanced. It's all the same really. It is a well designed game nonetheless. What makes this one better is you have to rely on all versions making it back in one piece which gets complicated.
- amirman, on 05/07/2008, -0/+5ok, level 18 is impossible because these robots don't sync up correctly at all. fun game though.
- stoppard, on 05/07/2008, -5/+10Now I'm not gonna get any work done tomorrow. Interesting mechanic though, it is refreshing to see innovative web games.
- Pillage, on 05/07/2008, -0/+4R.I.P. Mitch
- darzeecompany, on 05/07/2008, -0/+4"Also, the Doctor would be proud."
Would he? I seem to recall him saying that crossing into established events was strictly forbidden, except for cheap tricks. - Phyraxus, on 05/07/2008, -0/+4Level 18 is a bitch because you touch a floor and it vanishes and doesn't come back, you have to time travel about four times given switches you must press and travel over it eight times total. It can be done, but I don't think i want to spend 15+ mins on one level.
- quisph, on 05/07/2008, -0/+4Great concept, but the implementation could use some polishing. On one of the levels, I referred to the timer so that I could make all the guys jump at the same moment (exactly 0:40), but by the 4th or 5th time through the first two were out of sync. Little quirks like that can be frustrating.
- TheRealJMX, on 05/07/2008, -0/+4Chronotron Science...... we do what we must, because we can......
- Someguy101, on 02/19/2009, -0/+4I make a great team :)
- bam359, on 05/07/2008, -0/+3***** the purple people!
- Shadowgamers, on 05/07/2008, -0/+3If this has the same level of mind-***** as Timesplitters 3, I'll hit it.
- iamthejeff, on 05/07/2008, -1/+4this is the first instance of a game like this that I've seen. Don't know which came first.
- tzilla12, on 05/07/2008, -1/+4its not desktop tower defense but im still not going to get anything done today.
- UncleHenry, on 05/07/2008, -0/+3Level three? I got to level nine. So ***** confused. Anyone figure that one out?
- there4iam, on 05/07/2008, -0/+2Solution: Get the block, lift the block over your head underneath the chip, wait a sec, then jump (while holding the block). Then get to the switch and enter the elevator. With the next guy, wait for the original to lift the block, get on top of it, then jump off the block after the original jumps.
- Raptor007, on 05/07/2008, -0/+2PARADOX!
How did I manage that when they pass right through eachother? - chrissku, on 05/07/2008, -1/+3Level 3 just f'd up my head real good.
- perre, on 05/07/2008, -0/+2Time machine and multiple selves? This rocks. I NEVER click "instructions." And in this game, same story. But if you don't you're looking at a crazy mind-numbing experience of being able to go nowhere on the most basic level of the game. Hint: click "walkthrough." It's fast and explains enough to help wrap your mind around the time travel element - at least enough to get you going.
- DrJack, on 05/08/2008, -0/+2you have to keep retracing your steps in synchrony with past selves to not run out of spaces to jump on. it's my favorite level so far.
- stephbeaudet, on 05/07/2008, -0/+2the PARADOX is a lie!
- zepfan221, on 05/07/2008, -0/+2Plus when you crouch you look like a Dalek!
- Ansem, on 05/07/2008, -0/+2Cool idea, I just got bored after level 7.
And went to play GTA IV - coleki, on 05/07/2008, -0/+2i saw this and knew i had to play it on my lunch hour.. i got to level 12 and then started having some problems visualizing the answer. i was only 2 minutes late back to work ;) i really like this game.
- HonestAbe, on 05/08/2008, -0/+2It would be great if it weren't glitchy and the timing were off. I'm sick of playing the same board over and over because the robot jumps sooner than he did the previous time.
- Atomic1fire, on 05/10/2008, -0/+1Since its more of a community then a game site...
- oneoverzero, on 05/08/2008, -0/+1I agree.
I feel like it's missing the sound effect. - Gromdul, on 05/08/2008, -0/+1I couldn't get past 11. I knew what I had to do, but the mechanics of the boxes are a little funky.
- DrNafork, on 05/07/2008, -0/+1Your second bot put your first bot next to a wall.
Your first bot try to move through a wall (he is stupid) so he don't change his X position normally so he don't use the time capsule at the right position. - RealmDown, on 05/07/2008, -1/+2it WAS a trap!
- inactive, on 05/07/2008, -2/+3http://imgs.xkcd.com/comics/kayak.png
