There is a Japanese word 'kanzen' which roughly means complete (in the sense of 100%), but this word can also mean perfection (ie flawless). Due to this secondary meaning, Japanese people really like to use this word. People often try to translate this word into english, with generally bad results. Depending on the context it could be translated as 'perfect', 'complete', 'flawless', etc. This is the reason you will sometimes see badly-translated Japanese game books labeled "Perfect Guide Book" when they really meant "Complete Guide Book".

You can click the status tab at the bottom to view all your items.
Some items can be used; these appear on the bottom of the main screen once you get them. Just click an item to use it. Keys don't get used up, but each one only works on certain colors of door.
