I always wondered why Bill Gates is spending all his vast wealth on trying to keep as many humans alive as possible. Just think what his money could do if he bought up the land that is still undeveloped in this world and made them all nature preserves. I bet he would have enough left over as to setup a fund that would hire park rangers to protect the areas and because the amount of his money is so vast the fund could in theory earn enough of normal investments to stay funded forever.
