    sadly often people intentionally stunt their growth through poor genetics and poor feeding - many mares cannot even deliver a foal without assistance and like "teacup" dogs the tiniest are prone to many health problems and shorter lifespans..
    cute yes.. but realistic to make more of them this tiny.. no.. unfair and cruel!
