- xb00t, on 03/22/2008, -12/+49Thank you MrBabyMan for yet another utterly useless post. Keep abusing that digg power which you shouldn't have in the first place. Your actions pretty much sum up whats wrong with all community websites. They are rubbish.
- xb00t, on 03/22/2008, -4/+28Sorry to reply to my own post but I just noticed this.

Submitted by none other than msaleem. You know digg is going downhill when the two top diggers submit pictures of FISH. - alanocu, on 03/22/2008, -1/+19incredible colors - Luc Viatour's site: http://www.lucnix.be/main.php
- Turnar, on 03/22/2008, -3/+17Maybe Digg should add an option to automatically bury anything MrBabyMan submits...
- Sil369, on 03/22/2008, -3/+16< insert MrBabyMan bash comment >
- badwithcomputer, on 03/22/2008, -2/+15i bet that would taste delicious on top of some rice with a little soy sauce
- noseeme, on 03/22/2008, -2/+13MrBabyMan, you have about six times more submitted stories than comments. What the *****.
Okay, I'm done whining about you for this month. :) - sungoddess808, on 03/22/2008, -1/+11Beautiful photo! =)
- Sil369, on 03/22/2008, -0/+10It's Fish week here at Digg. Next Week: Octopus.
- LadyDub, on 03/22/2008, -1/+11holy crap I'm confused. random stream of consciousness, anyone?
- starbabe, on 03/22/2008, -2/+10Amazing looking fish, but are very hard to keep. They are know to not eat when captive, had one that I got for free from a fish store. They couldn't get it to eat and it was on the verge of dieing. Was able to keep it alive for 2 years, then it just stopped eating again. Not a fish for beginners.
- lougoose, on 03/22/2008, -1/+8So many wallpapers being changed at this very moment...
- Sucka27, on 03/22/2008, -0/+7http://grownupgeek.com/capslock.jpg
- Sil369, on 03/22/2008, -0/+6Something smells fishy here...
- lostarchitect, on 03/22/2008, -3/+8you sick *****.
- blinker265, on 03/22/2008, -3/+8its a great photo and all, but come on....is it really front page worthy? i mean, go to your local fish store and you will see a ***** load of fish that look like that...i know i will get dugg down for this, but COME ON...
- Schoffstall, on 03/22/2008, -0/+4I'm more impressed by the camera to be honest
- inactive, on 03/22/2008, -1/+5Quitter.
- inactive, on 03/22/2008, -0/+4The mandarin fish is great with a light lemon spritzer and a side of rice.
- cyrix, on 03/22/2008, -0/+4I saw a few of these at the Pittsburgh Zoo and they really are magnificent to see in person. I was actually pretty taken back by the colors and the way it "shimmered" as it changed it's position and light moved over it. I tried to snag some pics, but the weather, and humidity, as well as the glass they use made it next to impossible. Beautiful fish.
- xsidekick409, on 03/22/2008, -1/+5Now that guy is a master photographer, or just really lucky with autofocus. Or both.
- TheAbsintheHare, on 03/22/2008, -0/+3You people bitch a lot. It's not a valid point. This is a social bookmarking site... Things that people like become popular. It's a nice picture of a fish. I found it interesting. Oh god, it took up one spot on the frontpage. OH GOD IM SO PISSED BECAUSE THE DIGG FRONTPAGE DOESN'T CATER TO MY EXACT DESIRES! Get over yourself.
- morphboy23, on 03/22/2008, -0/+3Why is everything with "Mandarin" in it so colorful? See: Mandarin duck
- thzae636, on 03/22/2008, -1/+4I'm more impressed by the camera than the fish.
God damn. - Owwmykneecap, on 03/22/2008, -1/+4Robert Downey Jr. would kick its ass.
- Fatcheeseguy, on 03/22/2008, -2/+5Thanks for the background.
- omegadude, on 03/22/2008, -1/+4splendiferous.
makes me wanna rewatch blue planet. - Phisolo, on 03/23/2008, -0/+3This fish cost me tens of thousands of dollars. Once I saw it in person, I felt an unstoppable urge to set up a saltwater fish tank. It turns out these fish can only thrive in a very large and well established reef tank. So a year and a half later, my tank was ready and my dream came true. It truly is an amazing fish, and worth the effort to have an appropriate tank. I could not talk my self into doing it again, now that I know the true cost in time and $$$, but I am glad I did once in my life.
- brewer, on 03/22/2008, -0/+3Copapods.
- Visarga, on 03/22/2008, -0/+3New background, welcome to my Mac!
- bobdigi, on 03/22/2008, -0/+3Nice camera.
- Lane, on 03/22/2008, -0/+3Could really use a wall paper sized res..
- kittenman, on 03/22/2008, -0/+3must be delicious.
- CatalystGhost, on 03/22/2008, -0/+3Yes, you make a valid point. That's great and all. But seriously. Welcome to digg. Once this was a utopia. Then, basically, some people got popular, took over, and all of it went to crap, but so long as we're generally entertained, we don't really care. Kind of like Soviet Russia.
- Filter, on 03/22/2008, -1/+4Is it just me or does that tiny spot on the underside of the fish seem to say "Made in China?"
- Caviarmy, on 03/22/2008, -0/+3Khassaki: HI EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!!!
Judge-Mental: try pressing the the Caps Lock key
Khassaki: O THANKS!!! ITS SO MUCH EASIER TO WRITE NOW!!!!!!!
Judge-Mental: ***** me

dugg - Disinterested, on 03/22/2008, -0/+2looks like it'd be super poisonous
- mcmadhatter, on 03/25/2008, -0/+2A lovely photo of a mandarin fish
Best to have a large sump fuge, and lots of live rock/live sand to keep these. That way you can have enough copepods for them to eat. - jaewon223, on 03/22/2008, -0/+2i'm not even that big on fish but i had to save this one anyway
- nevaseez, on 03/22/2008, -0/+2You can see the thumbnail, why click on it just to write a comment to complain about it being on the frontpage? idiots
- se1zure, on 03/24/2008, -0/+2I made it wallpaper size for those interested:
(1680 x 1050, but will scale down to other widescreen formats.) - PrimaryRamus, on 03/22/2008, -1/+3OM NOM NOM NOM
- psycoticparrot, on 03/22/2008, -1/+3Wanna know a fish's diet? Best way to guess is to take a look at its mouth
This fish eats tiny creatures called pods that grow on live rock. If your aquarium has a lot of living rock in it, then this fish will be fine. Otherwise it will starve to death eventually - Culyt, on 03/22/2008, -0/+2This is what happens when you feed a fish crayons
- ursername180, on 03/22/2008, -1/+3Looks like something out of Tron.
- Todesengelvr6, on 03/22/2008, -0/+2Umm, Pods don't grow on live rock... They live in the cracks of your rock, and also in your sand. You should have a stable pod population in your fuge before even attempting a Mandarin...
- lostarchitect, on 03/22/2008, -2/+4gigantic sucking sound.
- RocketSeason, on 03/22/2008, -0/+2I have been working on my salt water tank for a year slowly building up my copopod population so I can support one. I will be getting him soon!
