http://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/967 then:
1) In Firefox, Go to tools->modify headers
2) From the drop down box on the left select add
3) Then enter: "X-Forwarded-For" in the first input box without the quotation marks
4) Enter: "12.13.14.15" in the second input box without the quotation marks
5) Leave the last input box empty, and save the filter, and enable it

- maurovz, on 10/28/2009, -1/+3It's probably based from the ridiculous show "Whale Wars". They literally say "the Japanese" kill whales. As if the whole country goes out killing them.
- fightingforair, on 10/29/2009, -0/+2Going to chime in and tell a little trivia about the history of whaling/dolphin hunting for Japan. It was actually a particial responsibility of America as to why Japan hunts these two species in the first place.
At the end of World War II Japan was extremely devastated and they needed quick and easy to find food sources in order to help its worn torn population. It was known that off the coast not too far away was whales and dolpins a plenty ready to feed the populous. The Americans actually encouraged the Japanese to hunt dolphins and whales to feed the people. It wasn't such a long haul at the time and it provided lots of food.
I am sure there are other factors that go into this, but this was a prevalent one that was made aware to me.
