Good zoos gone bad--PHOTOS

chicagotribune.com — 16 stingrays recently died at a Chicagoland zoo when the temperature control on their tank malfunctioned. Here's a look at some other unfortunate zoo mishaps.

  • acmaurer, on 07/17/2008, -0/+6The giraffe photo is just gorgeous - but I feel bad for these zoos. Many of these deaths sound like accidents, but obviously the public doesn't always view them that way.
