- TwineHornet, on 06/07/2009, -1/+43This guy has been setting up outside of Macy's in SF lately and attracting quite a few people. Really cute, friendly animals.
- Keicharones, on 06/07/2009, -2/+40This guy used to post up in front of my office in Santa Barbara, CA.
One of my co-workers let him in to our building so that he could take a shower once, for some reason I have no idea...
I was given the task of watching the dog and cat, while the rat took a shower with him...
The dogs name is Booger, and the cat and rat don't have names since they don't live long and he has to replace them so often...(pumping them full of drugs so that they will do that).
While in Santa Barbara he was making an average of $250 per weekday and close to $600 on weekends, with easily over $1000 if there was some sort of parade in town. He seems to spend a lot of it on drugs.

- MacEnvy, on 06/07/2009, -0/+7Those are some well-behaved pets ... no way my cat would let some rat crawl all over him.

- BTConan, on 06/07/2009, -1/+7Cat, Rat and Dog
- MacBandit, on 06/07/2009, -1/+7That's not perfect harmony. They just packed their lunches. The cat east the rat and the dog eats the cat.
- aknolp, on 06/07/2009, -0/+6I live in the bay area and I've read articles that said the animals were tested by various vets and animal cruelty agencies to ensure they are not drugged or tied together. They simply have become used to each other.
Just because it's something you don't see very often doesn't mean foul play has to be involved. - tgc1, on 06/07/2009, -2/+7What's gay about it? They don't look too happy to me.
- audioscience, on 06/07/2009, -2/+7Aww, dey fwweends

- emomakesmecry, on 06/07/2009, -0/+4My pet rat will sit on my shoulder all around the house and will tap me when he needs to go pee so I can take him back to his cage. They're smart little buggers.

Where's the donkey? I guess the rat is a suitable substitution for a chicken, although not as tasty. - sandipc, on 06/07/2009, -0/+3every time I've seen them around there, they were lying down with their eyes closed so we always just assumed they were dead
- Shananra, on 06/07/2009, -1/+4I sure as crap hope so.
- MrJagil, on 06/07/2009, -0/+3dugg for that alone
- inactive, on 06/07/2009, -0/+3I find your story completely true, but how do you know it's the drugs that keep the cats and rats still? Seems this homeless dude said no drugs are involved. Although I don't believe him.
- black27696, on 06/08/2009, -0/+3Not sure why you got buried, I saw him in Santa Barbara by the farmer's market last October.
