- d686, on 11/03/2009, -2/+16Here's the dude's site with the full collection:

Not that it really matters cause the lighting is good, but I wonder if he really shot some of the big ones (elephant, lion, etc) on a seamless white background, or cheated and photoshopped out whatever was behind them... - MrApocalypse, on 11/03/2009, -0/+13Dugg for Belgium being in the news without someone being killed or raped.
- Ramzy, on 11/03/2009, -2/+11This isn't an article... It's a slide show showcasing animals on white backgrounds.
How does your text equate to anything that remotely resembles the slide show?
Yes, multiple pages are annoying, but your post is useless. - Llanowar, on 11/03/2009, -0/+5I'll photoshop them into compromising positions with myself!
- Anduillotine, on 11/03/2009, -0/+5Didn't understand what the big deal was until I actually browsed through the pictures.

- miltank, on 11/03/2009, -3/+6The main reason I bury the telegraph articles is simply due to the fact that they can't assemble a simple article, almost ever.
Why do websites sacrifice practicality over aesthetics? Is one page too hard to ask? A website as big as they are, can they not afford to create a simple flash animation? Even flash armatures can make a box with a picture in it and create a button that will move them to the next or previous photo. Not to rant, but when 16 year olds can make entire flash animations from stick figures with numerous button options and the like, you wonder how a professional website can't make their page convenient and easy to navigate.
Maybe I am just too hung up on details and can't appreciate it for what it is. But seriously. - Anduillotine, on 11/03/2009, -1/+4And then I realized that the article makes his stuff seem more artsy than it is. His website makes it clear that in reality he's just building a huge stock photo money making machine.
Its funny how entrepreneurship can turn something beautiful into something heartless. - kerouac906, on 11/03/2009, -0/+2I have a feeling they are all shot in studio, all you need is a really big portable screen that rolls out onto the ground creating the seamless effect. A photographer of this level of success surely has access to these types of studios.

- insanebrain, on 11/03/2009, -0/+2Posting a list of picture filenames is not the same as actually looking at the picture.
- fattehboi, on 11/03/2009, -0/+2these are gorgeous pics
- tumoas, on 11/03/2009, -1/+3***** anteater
- gedawid, on 11/03/2009, -0/+1Reminds me a lot of Tim Flach's work.
- tootim, on 11/03/2009, -0/+1HA! Spoiler alert!
- Ruefus, on 11/03/2009, -0/+1Seriously? You'd rather look at 23 pictures and scroll down? Were it 23 pages of text, gotcha. But pictures?
Never watched a slideshow, eh? - OfoarHeffinsake, on 11/03/2009, -0/+1The hippo one looks suspicious to me. He appears to have no hind legs, which means it's either a trick of perspective or his lower-half was photoshopped out of the picture.
- antdude, on 11/04/2009, -0/+1Alex Wild, aka Myrmecos, does this with his photographs/photos. on creatures like ants: http://www.alexanderwild.com ...
- oathy, on 11/03/2009, -0/+1Although this is impressive, I think that the "Animal Minds" version that Vince Musi (Nat. Geo. Photographer) did years ago was way more interesting.

- GThwaite, on 11/03/2009, -8/+3Wow.. What a fascinating article... I hope next week we get furniture in front of a black background, that'd be really edgy.
