  • abarysh2, on 09/25/2008, -1/+7It is not necessarily the owner's fault. Some cats have a genetic disorder, kind of like the thyroid disease. It makes them get so big even if the cats don't eat so much.

    Also, the Maine Coons are naturally large and have so much fur that it makes them seem fat.
