I am requesting you bring back Mark's account. He is merely trying to spread the word about the spotted history and questionable practices of The Church of Scientology. As a content provider, you assume some risk, and I understand that, however, there is no need to suspend an account merely based on premise alone. You need to RESEARCH the content he is putting up, and take each situation case by case. The same applies when people post tv shows, or movies online illegally for free. It is against the law and you have every right to ban those specific people. This however, is the silencing of free speech, and violating a basic constitutional right of an American Citizen.
I urge you to reinstate Mark's account, and allow him to carry on with his reporting, vlogging, etc. He has earned the right, and is merely trying to fulfill his passion of exposing something that is wrong, unjust and morally reprehensible. People have DIED because of the mistreatment, and misinformation of the C.O.S. and he is trying to spread that word.

"Concerning the recent suspension of user "XENUTV1". Mark Bunker is a journalist whose videos are of interviews he's done with former Scientologists and videos of protests. The only people who would report his type of videos are members of the Church of Scientology itself. To close his account is surely violation of freedom of speech and the First Amendment.
If YouTube will continue to close accounts because of pressure from corporations such as the Church of Scientology, I know I am one of MANY who will no longer associate myself with YouTube and will close my account in search of a video website that is less discriminating."
