I'm Chinese, been driving for 16+ years, and the only accidents I've been in were me waiting at a light (all three incidents) and some idiot white chick hit my bumper, a hispanic dude hit my bumper, and a crazy hispanic woman speeding through a yellow light, hydroplaned and t-boned me on the driver's side.

Seriously though, I've seen drivers eating AND reading while driving, motorcycle riders weaving in and out of traffic at 80+mph, and bicycle riders who think signs only apply to vehicles with engines.
