- schoofman, on 10/12/2007, -0/+21the music about having threesomes didn't fit. the dude was kick ass though.
- tigro, on 10/12/2007, -1/+17jackie chan is 53, dumbass
- spraguep, on 10/12/2007, -5/+17Post a video or shut the ***** up.
- Mac2492, on 10/12/2007, -0/+12Yes... Jackie Chan's strong point is being able to infuse comedy, amazing (real) stuns, and several distinct styles of martial arts into his movies.
(That said, he's a very good fighter.) - ahhell, on 10/12/2007, -0/+11Wow that guy is awesome. You can't help but feel a bit sorry for his helpers though. Doing stunts like that on disgusting industrial carpet over top of cement can't be too easy on the back.
- wiiare1, on 10/12/2007, -1/+11well, that was cool.
- laekkerhaar, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8Ah come on... All diggers could do that - except our bone structure is just not built for it... ;)
- sporkmonger, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8The octagon is no longer really about one martial art vs. another. UFC fighting might as well be its own martial art because it requires tactics as well as a unique balance of striking and grappling. Your statement almost goes without saying, because frankly, the same holds true for virtually every "pure" martial arts style in existence. Even Brazilian Jiu Jitsu can be defeated by a more balanced fighter as the catchweight bout of UFC 60 amply demonstrated. The UFC is a thing unto itself and you can't judge Tony Jaa or Muai Thai by its standards unless they're actually in the octagon.
- hansondr, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8Even if your not a big martial arts fan Ong Bak is worth a rent for the fight scenes alone
- imants, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7Uhh, ever heard of Capoeira?
- sporkmonger, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7Yeah, that's the whole idea behind Capoeira: Slaves in Brazil disguised their martial arts practice (basically preparation for rebellion) as a dance so that their masters wouldn't recognize its purpose.
- ahhell, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7Hey asshat, ever heard of gravity? That's pretty hard to fake.
- interrogate, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5video would be much better without the ***** excuse for music and random slow/fast motion. what happened to the actual audio?
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5probably because they're not allowed to kill each other..
:(/:)? - eggo, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Wow, who knew a full contact fight could be so boring?
- pubman5001, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3AWESOME. And it he does it all in some blue jeans. I smell sponsors on the way.
- Arkonnan, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3> Wow, who knew a full contact fight could be so boring?
The real thing tends to be pretty boring when it isn't scripted to look pretty the way the main topic video was. - statiktv, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3ive been a boxer and a jiu jitsu fighter for a little over year now and have some muay thai experience. tony jaa is incredibly talented. however i'm pretty sure he doesnt have an official fight record in thailand. regardless, his skills are absolutely astonishing.
- whisk3rs, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2And that the video has nothing to do with Muay Thai, this is just Hollywood / MTV gymnastics.
- SambekZX, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2They need to have this guy do the motion capture for Bruce Irvin in Tekken 6!
- whisk3rs, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Are you for real? What kind of UFC do you watch? This scrawny guy would "destroy" Liddell, Belfort, or Ortiz?
This guy would get knocked out with a sucker punch in 12 seconds. His "self-defense" demo against people blindly running at him is impressive from an entertainment standpoint, but absolutely laughable from a self-defense standpoint. His crazy spins, kicks, and jumps are 100% useless in a real fight - real fights consist of a series of very unimpressive punches and then, if you're lucky, a struggle on the ground, which is exactly what UFC is. Don't get me wrong, what he is able to do is impressive, but it has nothing to do with UFC, nothing to do with Muay Thai, and nothing to do with self-defense (although it might help him run away) - fatas, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2UFC all they do is hug each other like bitches.
- praisethelard, on 06/06/2008, -0/+2Wait...he ran on their shoulders?! That was crazy.
- m3mn0n, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2freeze it at 1:38, doesn't look like his foot even touched the thing he was kicking =
but dugg for the fight parts... awesome - EvilKevinRose, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Damn !! Crazy to see him do all that without wires !!
He's got some mad skills !! - zamecca, on 10/12/2007, -3/+4jackie chan is all about comedic martial arts.. not sweet ass moves......

- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1What does that even mean???
- m3mn0n, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3good movie/stunt performances != UFC skill potential
- orangesims, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1i think they might...
- Mac2492, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1That would be no good. After breaking all the TVs, lamps, and people in the room, you would still have WiiMotes to spare!

(old red dwarf (mis?)quote) - vcleniuk, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Like I said before: Cool... no wires even.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2I agree... this time
- solidus69, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Ok, How many people here study martial arts? There is a saying there is no such thing as a bad martial art, only bad martial artest. First off for the love of God I'm tried of hearing if it is not tested in the UFC it's B.S. Ok all knowing one, lets take this one step farther. The UFC has rules like no quick breakes, no strikes to the throat, or the spine. So how does a sport with rules have anything to do with self defense. I have study Nihon Goshin Aikido for 7 years and Daitoryu Aikijujutsu for 3. I train in the old samurai ways, this however does not make me Billy bad ass by no means. Samurai were trained to kill not wait until a bell rang or someone said fight. You wont to talk about tested fact, how about a life or death battle field. Their is a big difference in having to lock someone up and making them tap, and breaking your arm, leg or neck in an instance. Also Bruce was challenged daily by other martial artest. He was very skilled but I cant say he was the best ever. Ask for Tony Jaa he is very skilled and his bone breaking techniques are fantastic. Not as good as Sokaku Takeda. His jumping strikes are well done as well. Not as good as Grand Master Ta or Sui. Still better than some guy who thinks training in mixed martial arts makes him the best fighter ever.
- JohnnyButt, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1The funny thing is most people who Dugg this can hardly get their fat asses off the couch.
- hisjap2003, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2if Newton were still alive, he'd be pissed when he learned that this guy didn't obey the rules of gravity
- affanjam, on 10/12/2007, -3/+2Holy ***** Jakie is OLD!!
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -6/+5Um, I always watch UFC and I can tell you right now....Tony would destroy most people in the Octagon if given the chance....I think you are talking out of your ass....Do some more research on what this guy can do because he is amazing.....Have you even seen his movies or any of his other demonstrations??
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -5/+4eh, it was alright. go to a local gymnastics gym, and the trickers there can do most of this stuff. my personal favorite tricking video is "worlds best trixers"[sic]
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=13qooRHl-YU - Frolicated, on 10/12/2007, -4/+3You must not have been watching the same video then.
- rkb2948, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Once this guy brushes up on some English and stars in a major US movie, I think his fame will skyrocket. All in all though, some sweet moves.
