I just played back a 30 Rock, and they do a very good job at taking shots from her right side, and cutting away when she gets close and the left side of her face is exposed. Very rarely are there any face shots. I did find a frame that you can kind of see it, but it almost looks like the lines of her smile, except it's not, and it matches the scar area in the photo.
