Thieves Steal JESUS! from a detroit church

chicagotribune.com — DETROIT - Thieves have stolen a representation of the body of Jesus from a cross in the sanctuary of a Detroit church. The church was founded in 1834. The archdiocese has asked for the stolen items to be returned.

    Regardless, this is obviously an act of God, who felt that the figure could be put to better use elsewhere.
