    I was reading the wikipedia article, and made it to the Top Thrill Dragster. they are almost identical, but the Kingda Ka is taller. People got stuck at the top for 15 minutes, and a maintenance worker had to go up to give them a push to start

    Oh, they have the clone of this ride, which is like 8m shorter and 7mph slower...big deal, it's the same ride.

  • durru7, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3went on it a couple weeks ago and it rolled back before it got to the top. I was pretty freaked out at first but that happens all the time. didn't find out after the fact :p

    as for the ride itself, its amazing. it might be short but it's such an adrenaline rush. although the video's good, nothing can top actually going on it.

  • GrayOne, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3I rode on it. The thrill of the worlds fastest tallest coaster can not compensate for how dumpy that park was. It is the New Jersey Six Flags, there were a lot "ganstas" (shady looking teenage kids), trash, and broken rides.

    Personally I would rather go to a much smaller park, like Hershey Park, where everything is clean, new, nice, and working.

  • Nitro420, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Dragster is better for 1 reason. It only has a lap bar, kingda ka has a shoulder harness. It doesn't sound like it would make that big of a difference but I have been on them both and it does.

When i went of top thrill dragster i was hoping it wouldnt make it because that means you get to get launched twice. When we launched of at 128 mph my friends hands went flying up in the air and hit me in the face. But the ride was awesome. I havent gotten a chance to go on kingda ka yet, but i will this summer. Also the six flags that has kingda ka also has el torro which is the tallest wooden coaster
