Not only does it need to be rebuilt, it needs to be rebuilt in a new way with a new set of ideals and an emphasis on accountability. It calls for a new generation of John Galts and Dagney Taggarts. It calls for Atlas Shrugged 2.0 and for the heroic ideal of the networked social entrepreneur.
