Executive Director for Community Outreach and Special Projects, she proved herself highly capable of leading over 100 undergraduates with the President's Leadership Council, the
    student government body. Stacy McNeiland designed the university orientation program, authored employment manuals and policies, managed public relation and recruitment campaigns, and works hard to impart her knowledge and share her experiences on leadership to university scholars. Stacy McNeiland was named the UCO Administrative Leader of the Year in 2006.
