The only reason why it is not entrapment is because they use a 3rd party to do their dirty work (although it's still entrapment.).         The difference is that if the man instigates the sex it is not entrapment, same as if he asked someone for weed and bought it, but if he is OFFERED weed/sex, then that is entrapment.
