    On a tour of the famous Xi Tang river town (where Mission Impossible III was filmed), I counted at least a half dozen "Fall into water carefully" signs. I now have one as a souvenir, hanging appropriately over my toilet.

    But, in Dutch, when someone is choking we often say "stik voorzichtig", which means "choke carefully".
