The Magic Castle is in West Hollywood and is a mecca for magicians all over the world. It's really not the one in Disneyland.

The first thing to note is when the stack is first picked up to show the cups are "empty", there is actually a ball in the top cup that is dumped into his palm. Then when he puts the cup down he slides it under the cup. The rest you can see if you watch closely
