- chrissku, on 08/13/2008, -9/+367Tom Cruise actually killed two birds with one stone when he entered the strange and un-fascinating world of Scientology.
1. He brought the oddities of Scientology to the forefront of the Americas interest for a very brief period by his odd outburst aimed at fellow "non believing" celebrities.
2. He has made himself irrelevant to studio audiences through his strange and bizarre behavior, thus insuring himself no work and preventing us from having to sit through even one more cheesy Tom Cruise movie quote.
Summary- Tom Cruise in reality is Scientology's worst enemy and in many ways his worst own enemy. - calebhawk, on 08/13/2008, -9/+266inaccurate... it's xenu
- BestJaxx, on 08/13/2008, -3/+171I thought logic was $cientology's worst enemy.
- Berkana, on 08/13/2008, -2/+166He needs to publically declare that he does not intend to commit suicide by running a hose from his car into his house.
- mark076h, on 08/13/2008, -6/+168We have not done one in awhile so here it goes
***** SCIENTOLOGY! - ToastPop, on 04/17/2009, -0/+115FTA "He was raised in Scientology"
When you're a kid you buy into pretty much whatever your family gives you. - welestgw, on 08/13/2008, -3/+101He really used to be the top gun, but now finding a job is mission impossible.
- inactive, on 08/13/2008, -3/+98Associating with Tom Cruise is risky business.
- RadioFreeOpium, on 08/13/2008, -59/+138I don't trust anyone stupid enough to fall for that ***** in the first place
- harrisbradley, on 08/13/2008, -5/+80I thought Digg was Scientology's biggest enemy
- Riggs, on 08/13/2008, -2/+73***** you, two of my friends died practicing Scientology.
No, really. - cli006, on 08/13/2008, -1/+61People sucked into the "church" are regular people. They're just really lost and confused. Everyone buys into some kind of BS, these people just happened to stumble upon a life-destroying religion.
- flyingclutchman, on 08/13/2008, -2/+57With a Cocktail or two there may be A Few Good Men that would give him a job
- KlogereEndGrim, on 08/13/2008, -1/+54This guy was born into it, but if you call being indoctrinated from birth, breaking free and fighting back "falling for it" then so be it.
- KlogereEndGrim, on 08/13/2008, -2/+53it's called good journalism.
Yeah, I know, I got scared too, you don't see that very often any more. - yikiad, on 08/13/2008, -2/+52be careful what you say, he's one of scientology's top guns
- TheJimid, on 08/13/2008, -0/+44And to think I thought South Park was Scientology's worst enemy.
- mr0nine2five, on 08/13/2008, -0/+41R.I.P. Shawn
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shawn_Lonsdale - ironeus, on 08/13/2008, -3/+40I wouldn't want to be on his ever-growing "*****-list"
- RandomFruitBat, on 08/13/2008, -0/+36I'll have to say this even though I'm in the minority. Report on this all you want, I still don't care.
- yikiad, on 08/13/2008, -2/+36yeah, but he just needs to do All The Right Moves.
- inactive, on 08/13/2008, -1/+32Scientology - It's Like a Cheese sandwich
(Rammed up your ass by an enraged Mike Tyson, at 04.00 am, when you are 9 years old... and on fire) - no12u, on 08/13/2008, -1/+31I can't believe what Tommy and his wife have had to go through. On second thought I guess I do...Scientology is an evil racket.
Marcab Truth Ray = End Of Cult - KlogereEndGrim, on 08/13/2008, -1/+31Be sure to check out the article in Maxim as well, so thoroughly well researched and written, maybe there is hope for journalism after all? http://forums.enturbulation.org/15-media/anonymous ...
- Rikkochet, on 08/13/2008, -0/+30How do I send this guy money?
- JesusTeaseUs, on 08/13/2008, -1/+30I bet Scientology wishes they could keep their association with Cruise far and away.
- KlogereEndGrim, on 08/13/2008, -0/+26But Xenu is so cuddly, how can he be evil?
- dhaugen, on 08/13/2008, -1/+27im still perplexed as to how people believe this
- inactive, on 08/13/2008, -0/+22Not so fast. I know smart people have been sucked into this cult. It is dangerous. It's a disgrace that such parasitic organizations are tolerated in our world. And that is only because they hide behind the all-powerfull cloak of religion. Revolting! Sorry if it sounds harsh, but the reality is even more disturbing.
- chmcarro, on 08/14/2008, -0/+22There's no sun in this Vanilla Sky. Just Rain, Man.
- tattertech, on 08/13/2008, -0/+22Rational thought?
- JesusTeaseUs, on 08/13/2008, -0/+21Yah, that is true. He really has become a legend of scientology.
- shakabrah, on 08/13/2008, -2/+22The enemy of my enemy is my friend. Mr. Gorman, you sir are my friend.
- KlogereEndGrim, on 08/13/2008, -1/+20Search the internets for Shawn Lonsdale's suicide for this to make sense.
- breadfred, on 08/13/2008, -0/+18About 20 years ago I was approached by someone from this cut to do a test. I was bored, and unemployed at the time, and searching for some meaning in life. I did the test, but the questions were so retarded I left before I got the results. Probably the best decision in my life.
- JohnnyBoy117, on 08/13/2008, -1/+19Logic?
- mahoutie, on 08/13/2008, -0/+18I like your style sir!
***** LRH! - sylvok, on 08/13/2008, -2/+20Xenu is the leader of Anonymous
- panteradactyl, on 08/14/2008, -0/+16wow, that ***** meme is actually good for something
- smek2, on 08/13/2008, -1/+16Here's hoping he won't have an "accident". Or "suicide".
- m0zzie, on 08/13/2008, -1/+16you're totally right. his Days of Thunder are over with.
- sylvok, on 08/13/2008, -0/+15***** THE CULT
- kevro, on 08/13/2008, -0/+15"I'm sorry there's no flying saucers or baby eating or things like that."
The first point is not true for them and the second just hasn't been proven yet. - inactive, on 08/13/2008, -0/+15Good for him!
- CATSCEO2, on 08/13/2008, -0/+14They do these things in the modern day, unlike Christianity. Stop using these strawman arguments Scientology.
- Dystopiapanda, on 08/13/2008, -0/+14The writer of this article followed SFanonymous around for quite a while, holding extensive interviews with many key members. While the article does have a neutral tone (that's just good journalism), any intelligent person can clearly see that scientology is the villain in this, and anonymous is just a lovable band of internet dorks with too much free time.
- megamod, on 08/13/2008, -11/+25Why is this article so neutral? It bugs me considering it's describing the most ridiculous things about scientology while maintaining a neutral stand point. it's like a pscyho passive aggressive ex-girlfriend.
- SkinnerBox, on 08/13/2008, -0/+13The D.C. Madam did that and they still considered it an open and shut suicide case.
- phantom_mullet, on 08/13/2008, -7/+20XENU SHALL HAVE HIS VENGEANCE
- inactive, on 08/13/2008, -1/+14Yeah, 4chan is Digg's worst enemy.
