I have at times used my left leg on the gas when I need to relax my right for a couple mins, even in my car that is a stick where you need 2 feet at times. This story is retarded. What is next? How did the guy with a missing right eye see into the passenger mirror?

    Seriously, if your right leg is missing, then that eliminates the problem of moving your left leg over to step on the accelerator. These people make it sound like it's rocket science.

    ABBOTSFORD, Wis. - Police in Wisconsin have cited a legless man and his friend on a drunken driving charge, saying the amputee was at the wheel while his friend worked the pedals.

    It was the third and second such arrests for the men, respectively.

    Police say the amputee was sitting in the driver's seat and told officers he had too much to drink. But he argued he wasn't really driving since the other man was on the brake and accelerator.
