    The couple, who are both slightly richer now, completely fabricated the story which saw them published in a dodgy UK tabloid newspaper. "It was really easy" said Steve the unlikely romeo "all we had to do was copy several other love story hoax formats, and the editor of the newspaper said that people wouldn't even question how our story came to the attention of their less than credible publication because they are very gullible".

    The story can now be seen on the front page of Digg.
