- dj_sea2005, on 10/10/2007, -0/+63Why is Diggs video preview picture completely different to anything shown in the video?
- trippinlikegod, on 10/10/2007, -1/+30I am incredibly surprised no one was injured. That looked deadly.

DRIFTING - blumph, on 10/10/2007, -0/+7haha. it's almost as if with icy conditions on I-71/75 Erlanger, Kentucky [MAP/SAT] in Kenton County, Erlanger police officer Bill Allen pulled over to assist a single car spinout stopped near the median after it hit the center dividing wall. Officer Bill Allen's police cruiser's video camera shows the eventful night, which surprisingly ended with only minor injuries
oh hai sauce!

- bfreddyberg, on 10/10/2007, -0/+7I hope my 360 wasn't on that truck...
- NiX0n, on 10/10/2007, -3/+9link to old digg? don't be lazy.
- sherwinn, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5From that perspective, that's one of the scariest things I've ever seen.
- addurobi, on 10/10/2007, -1/+5I expected something else, this was dugg a long time ago.
- truman48, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3My life would definitely flash before my eyes on that one.
- directedition, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Hence why many states don't allow the double-trailer.
- kd1s, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3Wet road + empty trailers + speed = bound to jacknife
That being said, I manage to gain control of a near spin in a 1989 LTD on a highway on-ramp during a rain storm. Scary *****. - xero9, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2Well considering I didn't see it 6 months ago, it's new to me. Go bury yourself, in your backyard
- dlinkwit27, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2It doesn't help that FedEx drivers drive so flippin fast! (I worked commercial driving over the summer)
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1yes, there were 2. what's your point?
- schrags, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Wow I live right next to where that happened, never heard about it.
- vemerge, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Yeah that trailer was travelling pretty high when it sandwiched that red car between itself and the ponines.
- Voide, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Probably would have been deadly, except if you look, most of the damage to the red car was in the rear. It looks like only the trunk was sandwiched between the truck and the car.
- bagelpirate, on 10/10/2007, -1/+1And that was too many volvos for one comment
- carl25, on 10/10/2007, -1/+1that was quite possibly the scariest thing i have seen
- 8ight, on 10/10/2007, -1/+1you can see the volvo grill coming at the camera. they're good trucks.
- stgeorge, on 10/10/2007, -1/+0Viral advertising at its finest!
- RadioShack, on 10/10/2007, -1/+0That's why my overnight package was late!
- Atomic1fire, on 10/10/2007, -3/+2did anyone else see 2 trailers
- Optimaximal, on 10/10/2007, -4/+3Was clearly the red cars fault... Looks like it pulled into the path of the truck and he slammed on his brakes, causing the rear trailer to go out of control.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -2/+1Fake. This was clearly Photoshopped.
- Izzie, on 10/10/2007, -3/+21st rule of the internet: don't believe everything that written there
1st rule of digg: exaggeration, overexaggeration and misleading titles are a sure path to front page.
the description reads "nobody was seriously hurt" which translates in non-digg description language to "someone was hurt, but no death reported (yet...)"
that said it's a common misconception to think that a spectacular crashes means severe injuries. driving a car is quite dangerous and we have rules and tools to decrease the incidence of serious injuries, seatbelt for example. - apothekari, on 10/10/2007, -3/+1Somewhere an ex Kinko's employee is silently weeping in joy.
"FedEx took over Kinko's and destroyed it a few years ago, transforming it from a wonderful place to work to a complete low paying ass factory." - 8ight, on 10/10/2007, -4/+1bet you it was a volvo truck. just seeing what i see fedex semis all around here are. when you drive a volvo it's fun to spot volvos.
- BurntSky, on 10/10/2007, -10/+4This was dugg like 6 months ago. Buried.
