soelist.com — Recently, we purchased a 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms house in San Jose, California. It was a foreclosed, bank-owned house and we paid $330,000 for it. Other houses around this neighborhood with regular sale are between $400,000- $450,000 so we have to say it is a good bargain. In this blog, I’d like to share with you our home buying experiences.
