- intekra, on 06/05/2009, -0/+7Who wants to play a game of zebrashoes?
- inactive, on 06/05/2009, -2/+8They have shoes designed for horses, they're called horseshoes.
- intekra, on 06/05/2009, -0/+4What's black and white and rode all over?
- ChuyMX, on 06/05/2009, -0/+5a guy riding a zebra walks into a bar...
- inactive, on 06/05/2009, -0/+4***** that imwaysmarter you are a troll
- BoneStamp, on 06/05/2009, -0/+3Where there is risk, there is reward?
- inactive, on 06/05/2009, -0/+3It's only a matter of time before that animal freaks and goes hysterical. Anything could bring it on. An insect can freak out a zebra.
I was raised around horses, whacking them once in a while is necessary lest they take the upper 'hoof' and pound you into a pile of bloody mush. You must always be the boss with horses or they can kill.
I've seen many many trainers whack the horse with no ill effects, just the opposite actually. - Rudymoman, on 06/05/2009, -1/+4My favorite story of the day.
- HiKevinRose, on 06/05/2009, -0/+3Meh, call it cruel but I think a rolled up newspaper on the butt is the most efficient way to train a dog. (Provided it's at least 40 lbs) There's no mental scarring or anything and I still have an incredible relationship with my dog: he sleeps in my bed, I take him to the park and on a walk or run and we wrestle. But hands down, he's the best trained dog in the neighborhood. And it's not like you hit them all the time, just when they do something really bad, and Bandit hasn't done anything that bad in 6 years, and he's 9.
- Vaiper, on 06/05/2009, -1/+4Just people that disagree in the hateful style that you do...
- BoneStamp, on 06/05/2009, -0/+2Ouch.

- gesusu222, on 06/05/2009, -1/+2This is crazy!
- intekra, on 06/05/2009, -1/+2I'd say the same thing, but animals -- much like women -- need to be smacked around every now and again.
jk i swear - intekra, on 06/05/2009, -0/+1WTF is that link?
- angusm, on 06/05/2009, -0/+1Spam. And has been reported as such.
- JohnEHubertz, on 06/06/2009, -0/+1Yes it is crazy, but it has potential. After spending my lifetime working on my five-blade Kentucky bluegrass experiment with complete success, the issue now is to find a steed that can make a full lap of the turf track without simply beginning to walk aimlessly in circles.
This deserves a test. - optigrab, on 06/05/2009, -1/+2i want to see zebras in the kentucky derby....
with some possible zebra mixtures as well.. - memper, on 06/05/2009, -0/+1Dugg down for pointing out that people get trampled by elephants, get their face reconstructed after being ripped off by a chimp, and another chimp attack in Connecticut. And that's just since February. You can digg me down, but you know this zebra is going to go *****, and it will only be luck that no one gets a hoof stamp to the head.
- rentdn, on 06/05/2009, -2/+2do not take that serious
- DivineMonkey, on 06/05/2009, -2/+2"I purposely never hit him and tried to treat him with complete and utter kindness. At the moment it is working." - Yeah that usually works with most animals. There should never be a reason to hit an animal.
- dmoney51, on 06/05/2009, -0/+0Get back to me once someone rides a lion or a tiger or a bear (oh my) down to the pub.
- Vaiper, on 06/05/2009, -3/+2I'm starting to think you just start ***** on purpose because you like when people respond to your comments. Is that why you take a negative position on everything? You like it when people talk to you? Okay, I'll bite. You got me talking to you, yet again. So, I suppose congratulations are in order? Listen man, if you need someone to talk to...why don't you just pray to your god? Or is he the one telling you to be a ***** on digg? If that's the case. Please do us all a favor and stop listening to him. I don't think he is on your side.
For those of you who don't know what I am talking about...I suggest you stroll on over to his account page and take a look at all the hate he spews. Perhaps we can collectively get his account banned?

- phishneslo, on 06/05/2009, -4/+2I looked at another article about the story with more pictures at
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1190753/Ra ...
the saddle is way to big, and he rides the thing down streets without shoes (the zebra doesn't have shoes...), is sitting way far back on the animal's back, which is too young to be broken... There are some pretty knowledgeable people commenting on the story, who say the bit is too big as well... seems kind of cruel. - memper, on 06/05/2009, -4/+1Like every other person bringing wild animals into public, this can only end badly, probably for a child or someone in a small car, if history has taught us anything.
- inactive, on 06/05/2009, -4/+0@ Vaiper
lol any what you've been saying isn't hateful or mean?
What a moron. - inactive, on 06/05/2009, -6/+1Right so anyone who disagrees with you is therefore a hate spewing machine. You sir, are a moron. GG
- inactive, on 06/05/2009, -16/+4This is animal cruelty if you ask me. Zebras are not ment to walk on the hard surfaces. They get tired easily and I'm sure the rider was abusing the poor creature.
