    And judging by his rank, he's been in the USAF for a long time. You don't just quit the military when you have a family. He could've been active duty (AKA providing for his family) or he could've been in the reserve or he could've been in the inactive reserve and called up for duty.

    And it's not his fault that the government wants to waste money there. Bitch at the people who made that choice (AKA all the politicians).
