Hes not "happy", he's delirious after being convicted and sentenced by a tyrannical gov't who induced a mandatory 5 years in prison for a probation violation for a minor drug charge.
He will just be another on of the millions of student of our criminal creating educational system.

I've actually *seen* this guy at a hospital I go to. The hospital staff acted as if he was there regularly. He was escorted by police officers.
