- neelshiv, on 07/13/2009, -0/+4I recently ran into some landlord troubles. It's amazing how much of the ***** they try to pull is not on the level. Tenants just need to educate themselves, and the internet is a great resource for looking up precedents and articles regarding tenants rights in your state. The landlord has not replied to the registered letter we sent her (she signed for it, though), and so we are going to send her another one and possibly take her to court. I think she feels like she can just back down and expect us to do the same.
