- TheBarge, on 10/12/2007, -7/+173Someone must be pretty good to use photoshop to edit a *video*
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -9/+116"freestyle walking"?? wtf? Have you not had internet access untill last week? This is called parkour, and videos of it (including this one) have been floating around the net for years.
- rkettner, on 10/12/2007, -10/+73You remind me of people that, when they don't understand something, say it must be of the devil, or have some spiritual significance. The guy is damn good at aerobics... no "photoshop" (for editing video, aha) required.
- sporki, on 10/12/2007, -2/+58It's called parkour. Search parkour on youtube and you will find loads of videos.

- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+31You remind me of someone on a forum who posted a link to a file which actually was on his drive C:
LMAO - catchneyez, on 10/12/2007, -3/+34I can't believe you just said "photoshopped" a video. You sir, are a dumbass
- pooper, on 10/12/2007, -1/+28Jackie Chan was impressed with the guy, and hes gonna be in Rush Hour 3, i believe...
But wow, this vid is ancient indeed... - allanpat, on 10/12/2007, -2/+29this guy has a great stuntman career ahead of him
- agentwho, on 10/12/2007, -2/+27I think he's pretty good. I like the stunt where he rips his tie off, cause that's the only one I can do :)

- cynthialeigh, on 10/12/2007, -0/+12I just wanted to say thanks for the "and girl".
So, thanks. - Darkkish, on 10/12/2007, -0/+11Photoshop is an _image_ editing program created by adobe it allows you to edit an image or 1 frame of a movie.
Here is a little math for you:
Assume that because this was never aired comercially it is not by a corperation.
Average video is 24 to 32 fps (Frames per second)
Half of that video is 1:20 basicly or 80 seconds
80sec x 30fps = 2400 frames.
It takes a little under an hour on average to edit a frame.
45mins x 2400frames = 10800 minutes
or 1800 hours
or 75 days.
Just to edit HALF of this movie you couldn't stop for 75 days straight.
This may bring to mind a movie 'A Scanner Darkly' which was all re-hand-drawn
by tons of professional artists who now have VERY fat wallets.
Anyways, its not photoshoped, its Freerunning which is a sport based off parkour, parkour is not always considered a sport, it is defined as getting from Point A to point B as quickly and efficiently as possible using techniques such as vaulting and rolling. It's not a well known 'sport' but it is not a myth or special effect. - krewemaynard, on 10/12/2007, -0/+11First time I've seen or heard of it. Pretty sweet.
- gwalbridge, on 10/12/2007, -1/+11Definitely the Westminster mall in Orange County. I used to live there. I also used to live in Seattle, WA, and the mall with the large green stairwell that he jumps onto looks like the Bellevue mall in WA... I don't remember that stairwell being at the Westminster mall, but I could be wrong.
- tizz66, on 10/12/2007, -6/+16Only the first bit is parkour. The rest is just aerobics (well, I say 'just'... all I mean is it isn't parkour).
- stev5k, on 10/12/2007, -1/+10The Russian guy rocks!

- geuisteses, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5Guys (and girl?) check out their website http://www.emcmonkeys.com. Look at the profiles page to get their myspace profiles. Looks like their website is in the middle of a redesign so no videos right now. Seems that at least one of them is still in high school, too. Notice some of the clips in the video were from a high school performance.
- Xinareiaz, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5Yeah, I was about to post that :P

- Trickeralexx, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5"Free Style Walking... Am i the only one who thinks we're bored as a species? What's next? Free style sitting? Free style showering? "ZOMG EXTREME SLEEPING!!!11oneeleven!!"
I forsee ESPN televising this soon and it saddens me."
Why should it sadden you people are getting off their arses to do something they enjoy ?? and for the record, it's not called free style walking, if anything this is Free running, which focuses less on efficiency but encompasses some movements from parkour and some flips to make it more of a challenge, and to add variety.
I see no problem with ESPN showing it, and i don't see why you do. Do us a favour and don't comment if your gonna take the piss. -
