Family recalls teen�s accident
valleymorningstar.com — WESLACO — Dec. 6 marked the one-year anniversary of 16-year-old Clarissa Hernandez’s brush with death. An auto accident that occurred one year ago left Hernandez in a comatose state and her longtime friend, Deborah Salinas, dead at the scene.
