- CamZak, on 06/09/2009, -2/+146For the same reason people get 'hypnotized'. Power of suggestion. A hypnotist doesn't have some powers to make people do what they want. People think the hypnotist can do that however, they follow along because they believe in it. Same in this case. The person believes that they are having a demon cast out of them, and due to the power of suggestion, they start acting like an epileptic Japanese school kid watching an episode of pokemon.
The human mind is a fascinating thing. - jkash23686, on 06/09/2009, -9/+122i bet the exorcism was the most FAAAAAAAAAAAAABULOUS ever.
- codyodell, on 06/09/2009, -8/+96hmm.. Looks like a cult to me.
- banderwocky, on 06/09/2009, -21/+100Religion is nuts.
- caramba421, on 06/09/2009, -1/+78OMG...I saw the CUTEST hooves the other day on sale...
- BankFailure, on 06/09/2009, -9/+80The guy holding him up has his crotch pressed firmly against that sinner's anus.
Who is the homosexual? - levitron, on 06/09/2009, -3/+73Damn those gay demons.
- arace1, on 06/09/2009, -4/+68Ironic that exorcism of gay demons involves having your head massaged whilst being held up by a burly man from behind... I think that's playing straight into the demons hands
- decx, on 06/09/2009, -0/+56i thought the same thing....
the power of the reach-around compells you ! - borez, on 06/09/2009, -1/+57Lack of bacon.
- specialK16, on 06/08/2009, -5/+57Been there myself. Seen what happened and even used to believe in it. Now the only thing I don't understand is why do people fall and act literally crazy. Someone cares to explain?
- Sillywombat, on 06/09/2009, -13/+61I find the whole thing.... well.... gay.
The guy doing the exorcism seems to be pretty firmly in the closet and taking it out on this poor guy.
Let me refresh your mind with what he says:
"Jesus, I command you on the authority of Jesus, under the authority of the Holy Ghost.... Open your mouth son"
Yeah, not at all gay. - Thorthewhore, on 06/09/2009, -4/+50I wonder what they did with the satanic gay demon barf. Ebay?
- BobSagetFan, on 06/09/2009, -9/+45That was just plain sad to watch.
- Bobby1978, on 06/09/2009, -3/+37Title gave me a good chuckle.
- TommyTikal, on 06/09/2009, -5/+38So what you're saying is: A giant invisible man with the temper and intellect of a child (read the Old Testament) created everything out of nothing using magic?
....
I see... - sonofabiscuit, on 06/09/2009, -3/+35Christianity is a cult.
- weatherlsp, on 06/09/2009, -2/+34You can be against it anyway, it's okay.
- termerjur, on 06/09/2009, -3/+34Showmanship. Your basically on stage and there is this sincere, wild eyed preacher with "the power of God" and all these people watching expecting a wonderfully dynamic miracle. If after all the gesticulations and commands you just blink and look at the preacher saying "Sorry...uh not feelin' it...uh...got anything else?" it just blows expectations and people frown...or God forbid, they get deadly earnest.
Yup- the preacher might actually try harder and start beating the crap out of you - which has happened. In fact there have been a few contemporary maiming and deaths while trying to save souls:
"EMERYVILLE, Calif. (EP) Five members of a small religious group have been charged with the beating death of a 25-year-old Korean woman, who police say was killed during a ceremony to "cast out her demons."
http://www.watchman.org/cults/koreaclt.htm
"CRUCIFIX-STUFFING MARIO GARCIA, from Pawtucket, Rhode Island, punctured his 47-year-old mother-in-law______s esophagus, when he jammed two 8in (20cm) steel crucifixes down her throat during an exorcism on 31 March 1996."
"LOUISE LARDJOURNE, 19, a French woman of Algerian descent, died in Roubaix, northern France, on 1 July 1994 after her brother Tahar, 44, convinced that she was possessed by the Devil, called in Imam Mohammed Kerazi to exorcise her...They forced her to drink gallons of salt water, beat the soles of her feet with a reed and squeezed her neck to force out the devil. The three men were charged with murder."
"TWO DAUGHTERS KICKED and punched their mother to death in Cairo in August 1994. Abir, 21, and her sister Hoda, 18, said their mother was "possessed by the djinn [genie]" and had often said incomprehensible things. The women "decided to expel the djinn from their mother so she would return to her normal state." The sisters were sent to a state mental hospital."

If you feel you need for an exorcism you might want to see how your supposed handle the final act. A disappointing show could lead to an untimely end at the hands of the Master of Ceremonies and ticket holders.
- zenvok, on 06/09/2009, -0/+30Peer pressure... Plus if you believe it, you'll act it out...
- ljohnblaze, on 06/09/2009, -6/+35i think you missed the point. maybe you should exercise your mind. (pun not originally intended, but let's roll with it)
- caramba421, on 06/09/2009, -7/+34If you need Jesus to not be gay, you're gay.
- techtock, on 06/09/2009, -2/+28Apparently, I'm in the wrong profession. Check this out (jump to 1:32): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dxSJiAwXgXY
My mom sends money to this guy and all of his associates (Kenneth Copeland, Creflo Dollar, Jesse Duplantis). I was raised in the church and brought up on the teachings of these shysters until I was almost 19 years old and was still, fortunately, able to extricate this garbage from my mind. My mom, however, is too far gone. There is no reasoning with her on the matter. Sad. - inactive, on 06/09/2009, -5/+31Open your mouth for jesus!
Yes, I was thinking something entirely different than him speaking in tongues..
Why is it in the year 2009 do we have these nutcases still around? Why is religion still that popular and why in the hell can't people get over their imaginary friend? If they want to see a homosexual demon they should talk to perez hilton. That's a gay ***** demon. - blacksoul, on 06/09/2009, -0/+23Religious North Koreans?
- BrianJ5000, on 06/09/2009, -8/+31and nuts are generally religious
- EarlOfLade, on 06/09/2009, -0/+22What about the guy who, literally, was dry-humping the poor ones ass all the time?
Education - we need more and better secular education. It's the ONLY thing that helps against these ignorant morons! The more educated people are, the less religious they tend to be, which is why education and science has become an enemy, seen from the POV of the fundamentalist religious. - Garmonbozzia, on 06/09/2009, -4/+26This video makes me wish I was gay, just so I could be against what they stand for.
- DDme, on 06/09/2009, -0/+21I was shouting the whole time "HE'S BEHIND YOU!!" but they didn't see the gay demon holding and touching him
- DPDish12, on 06/09/2009, -2/+23"Only the holiest and humblest of priests are chosen to be exorcists since there is a great temptation to become proud, thinking that it is the him who is casting out demons rather than Christ and, more infuriating for the demons, Mary, to whom God has given that power to."
What the ***** are you talking about? How can you even say that ***** with a (presumably) straight face? - Hetman, on 06/09/2009, -3/+22Can you Exorcis the hetero demon out of a person also?
- dkarimi, on 06/09/2009, -4/+22ha. as if performing an exorcism the "right" way makes it any more rational....
- havek23, on 06/09/2009, -4/+22Did it work? *sarcasm*
- ErrorF002, on 06/09/2009, -4/+21I want to go to church now and ask for deliverance. Then just as I fall to the ground with the overwhelming weight of the ***** they are heaping on me, I would lay their for 30 seconds. Then pop up and yell in my most demonic voice, "YOU HAVE YET TO DEFEAT ME!!!!!" Rinse and repeat till one of us gets too tired.
- stwest79, on 06/09/2009, -2/+19The real disturbing bit is the owner of the video posting comments defending it. It's absolutely disgusting and appalling what he's writing.
- monkeysmasher, on 06/09/2009, -5/+21Sooo was he possessed from behind?
- carbonetc, on 06/09/2009, -0/+16It helps that churches like this are practically guaranteed an audience that's already highly suggestible. People who don't live at the mercy of their own wishful thinking wouldn't be there in the first place.
- Garmonbozzia, on 06/09/2009, -0/+15Ok, badly worded. I am against it anyway. I meant it more in a "just to piss them off that much more" kind of way.
- nofx1510, on 06/09/2009, -3/+17You know I forgot why I gave up the church but this video made me remember.
- mywhitenoise, on 06/09/2009, -1/+15^You sound like an alien.
"Resistance is futile." - ZeeZee2k, on 06/09/2009, -0/+13He's clearly enjoying it.
- bodger, on 06/09/2009, -3/+15Which one is Gay?
- nightterror, on 06/09/2009, -2/+13I fully expected this to be some backwoods town in the south somewhere, only to find out this is a few towns away from me in Connecticut! We have our share of nutjob religions up here but I never thought it was this bad.
- borez, on 06/09/2009, -3/+14"It's coming out of his mouth" well no *****, you're been jumping him up and down in a bear hug for five minutes.
- namochan, on 06/09/2009, -1/+12I bet it was flaming homosexual demon ;)
- sexybobo, on 06/09/2009, -0/+11Scott Adams from Dilbert explaining hypnotism.
http://dilbertblog.typepad.com/the_dilbert_blog/20 ...
He is a trained hypnotist and explains it better then any one else i have ever read. - theonlywizdum, on 06/09/2009, -1/+11Black, where? Or did you mean "They're"?
- Rhendal, on 06/09/2009, -3/+13"Seen what happened and even used to believe in it."
Then
"Now the only thing I don't understand is why do people fall and act literally crazy. Someone cares to explain?"
Shouldn't you be able to explain? - mongo25, on 06/09/2009, -0/+10If he vomited the colors of the rainbow, then it was a success.
