He must post on Digg. - ReWinDed, on 04/30/2008, -2/+19no, that's just her demanding her right to enjoyment.
- idavidtang, on 04/30/2008, -2/+17So if a girl rapes a guy, is that still considered rape?
- eyepatch100, on 04/30/2008, -0/+12This is a slippery slope, soon they'll be asking for other things, like jobs.
- govsucks, on 04/30/2008, -3/+13Government rocks! Wouldn't this be encompassed by the right to pursue happiness in general? So whats gonna happen if some woman can't find sexual happiness? I'm sure the government will confiscate property of sane people and pass out big rubber dicks to all the hard up females....or perhaps not so hard up females.
- groone, on 04/30/2008, -0/+8Excellent step in the right direction....I for one bow to our Horny Ecuadorian Female Overlords
- Abbeygargoyle, on 04/30/2008, -0/+6Does this give them the Constitutional Right to fake it too?
- YoshinoAiki, on 04/30/2008, -0/+6What if she rapes you with a strap-on? Is your "big guy" still saying yes?
- evillawngnome, on 04/30/2008, -3/+8Meh, how about the right to an unmutilated lady-business?
- whataboutdave, on 04/30/2008, -1/+5Sometimes I forget how elegant and purposeful the US Constitution is. I'm usually cured by stories like this one.
- robthom, on 04/30/2008, -5/+9Ecuador's constitution = Toilet paper.
- abuelos84, on 04/30/2008, -1/+5Why the hostile comments?
Remember that in many countries of America, women are still discriminated and treated like objects (sexually or luxury-wise). The objetive of this is to give them certain rights that still today are being denied in many communities. The right to decide what to do with your body, when & who with to have sexual relations, stop "arranged" marriages and more.
It's a great step, IMO-. - appletoapple, on 04/30/2008, -0/+3And probably has about the same skill level as an average digger when it comes to women.
- whataboutdave, on 04/30/2008, -7/+10The most ridiculous thing I've read all week. Yes, I read about that Austrian kidnapping case this week. That I can write off as one seriously disturbed guy. This is an entire country's legislature losing its mind.

WHEN WILL I EVER LEARN? - Herostratos, on 04/30/2008, -1/+3Next up: Right to nice weather enshrined in Ecuadorian constitution.
- Greg2k, on 04/30/2008, -1/+3Good thing you're not a digger, then! You must be getting a lot of that thing they call sex!!
- MrFurious2k, on 04/30/2008, -1/+3Wouldn't it make more sense to address this in other ways? The law of unintended consequences seems to be heavy with something like this.
- SabrinaHeaven, on 04/30/2008, -0/+2Ironically, claiming that Socialism is Democracy ALSO is Communism. In fact, a fundamental, bedrock, principle of Cultural Marxism. In other words, YOU are a Communist. Either that or...a "useful idiot." Isn't that right, COMMIE?
- WazzaM, on 05/14/2008, -0/+1CITIZEN RIGHTS also imply CITIZEN DUTIES!
They want 'a right to sexual pleasure'... They have the 'duty to put out more'..LMAO..."Giggity!" - DAILYCROW, on 03/08/2009, -0/+1frisk415
Are you the guy with the frosted mustache? - frisk415, on 04/30/2008, -0/+1What about a man's right to execute a swift dirty sanchez?
- SabrinaHeaven, on 04/30/2008, -1/+2According to the article, this woman is a member of President Correa's party.
Well, what is Correa's party?
Wikipedia says, "Correa, an observant Roman Catholic, describes himself as a humanist, a Christian of the left, and a proponent of Socialism_of_the_21st_century."
A humanist. A "Christian of the left." Socialism of the 21st century. Hmm...you know, that sounds kind of like Communism. DONTCHA THINK? - katieitak, on 04/30/2008, -1/+2First intelligent comment based on this article. It's about women owning their sexuality, instead of having it exploited by others.
- Snyz, on 04/30/2008, -5/+6Women feel sexual pleasure?
- whataboutdave, on 04/30/2008, -0/+1I have a pocket copy 7 feet away from where I am sitting while I type this. And, yes, I have read it. It's not perfect, but there is no other document I would replace it with.
- kaliche451, on 04/30/2008, -0/+1genital mutilation dosen´t exist in my country ass hole
- gammamike, on 04/30/2008, -0/+1Women already have a right to sexual pleasure...in my pants. Giggity!
- inactive, on 04/30/2008, -0/+1oh yessss i'll go there too
- ZenMojo, on 04/30/2008, -0/+1That's funny. Most Americans feel the same way about liberty and equality.
- Argentian, on 04/30/2008, -0/+1no, no, they want things that make them feel good.
- Hotrox, on 04/30/2008, -2/+3And which countries are you referring to? I have been looking for a location for a vacation home and 'repressed female populus' is a huge selling point.

- inactive, on 04/30/2008, -0/+1i hope they kill you for treason because you violated the constitution and couldn't "hold up" your side of the bargain.
- zetsurin, on 04/30/2008, -0/+1Yeah, because you could never find it in your home country, right?
- tizalleyman, on 04/30/2008, -2/+2I for one support this movement. I intend to travel to Ecuador at my soonest convenience to show my support for female sexual pleasure...
- inactive, on 04/30/2008, -2/+2Is that picture Captain Laguardia from Dexter?
- SabrinaHeaven, on 04/30/2008, -2/+2This is no joke. It's Communism.
- pauleric, on 04/30/2008, -1/+1...nevermind, i'm not funny...
- Shrooms27, on 04/30/2008, -2/+2Wow. Since when do you need the right?
- joesmeat, on 04/30/2008, -4/+4Even the ugly ones?
- averagejoesgym, on 05/01/2008, -1/+1I thnk there is alot more to this than meets the eye. This woman is likely directly or indirectly being influenced by Western feminazis. This is how they work. They are sneaky. In order to "grease the skids", you first approach your goals in a vague, seemingly innocuous way. You cloak your real goals in a haze of foggy, seemingly reasonable human rights claims. I think this is what this woman is trying to do. She is not trying to change everything all at once. This law, if passed, begins to set precedent for the courts, and power in the courts is ultimately the feminazis goal. You start with something like this, THEN, you argue for all kind of gyno-centric policies based off this broad general concept. Wake up my fellow men! These women are not as dumb as you think. Feminists are taking our balls away right under our noses.
- frisk415, on 04/30/2008, -0/+0Do you not like vagina my friend?
- averagejoesgym, on 05/01/2008, -0/+0LMAO..."Giggity!"

- inactive, on 04/30/2008, -0/+0Equality isn't possible when all men and women are not born equal
- Acronym, on 04/30/2008, -6/+5That's outrageous, seriously.
