  • willdelphia, on 04/30/2008, -0/+0I was at the hearing that the clips are showing - it was really interesting an a great step forward away from harmful abstinence only programs - I think that this video does a great job of summarizing what most of those testifying had to say, which was: "wtf? abstinence only"
