@_@ - centran, on 01/02/2008, -1/+15David Blaine does the typical levitation trick of where you stand at the correct angle and then lift yourself with one foot while making sure your heels stay together. Your audience can only see the heel of your outside foot and not the fact that you are standing on your toes.
