        And for those that say automation and outsourcing doesn't create more jobs locally I say "If a company doesn't pay it's employees enough to buy their products they will eventually go out of business".

You don't have to agree with the guy, but he's allowed to post items that he finds interesting or informative. I mean, that's what Digg is for, right? If you don't like what an article has to say, bury it and move on. Don't waste time with ALL CAPS name-calling.

Meanwhile, others - like the BBC, CBC, et al - act as publicly-subsidized news agencies and do not generally blindly regurgitate the government's talking points (which is more than I can say for CNN, FOX News, and other corporate-American stations).

Look at inflation ($1 = 0.04), a war against an unknown force call terrorism, why Bush and his cabin are allow to do whatever they please (in the name of national security of course). What can you offer other then name calling and saying the F word? Search the internet, read a book and bring your information to the forum I would be glad to hear your point of view. Just do not rant off information that fox news feeds you.

    I get to decide whether it's valid or not? The same way this administration "decides the validity" of global warming?

    I'd rather its VALIDITY be confirmed via objective sources, instead of me arbitrarily deciding whether or not something is true because I feel like it. :) As for whether or not it's IMPORTANT (to me), I'm comfortable leaving that up to my own opinion. But I don't determine what's the truth.
