I'm not sure why I'm wasting my time on someone like you, but the spelling of 'marihuana' is how it appears in legal documents such as the Marihuana Tax Act of 1937 as well as in propaganda of that time period.
If you care anything for the legalization of pot, weed, marijuana, reefer, dope, chronic, hydro, ganja, kief, cannabis or whatever you care to call it, do yourself a favor... don't be an idiot. We use the word cannabis because it doesn't have the negative connotations that marijuana does. These oil pipes allowed the user to put their herbs in a clear tube and using indirect heat, absorb the vapors. Apparently these make marvelous crack pipes and thats probably why they were raided.
