- anubis2night, on 02/17/2009, -0/+6With all the crappy reality t.v. shows out there in America how has this concept not taken off? Also while tragic, dugg for kicking the woman out of competition then taking a trip with her and letting her drive.
- OutpostNetwork, on 02/17/2009, -0/+5"An instructor from a local modeling agency judged the women on the way they looked, how they sang and how much alcohol they could hold..."
Beauty pageant ratings would skyrocket if these were the categories. - dinosaurtrader, on 02/17/2009, -0/+5He could have avoided the trouble had he only held a driving contest.
- hodedofome, on 02/17/2009, -1/+6This has to be The Onion disguised as the CNN website. At least that's what I keep telling myself.
- vwwally, on 02/17/2009, -0/+5The women were judged "on the way they looked, how they sang and how much alcohol they could hold"
And the guy didn't see it ending badly? I'm suprised the wife didn't stab him. - AmyVernon, on 02/17/2009, -0/+3Hell, I'd start watching them if they had drinking contests in them.
- DAILYCROW, on 02/19/2009, -0/+2The only one that died was the women jilted the in the meanest way. What vanity the man had!
That's one of the stupidest contests I've ever heard of.
It reminds of the Gong Show with a Truth or Consequences twist. - jabbajabba, on 02/18/2009, -1/+1"The women knew of one another, but none elected to break up with the man and give up their rent-free apartment and a 5,000 yuan ($730) monthly allowance, the reports said."
So they were prostitutes not mistresses.
