      I'm sure if he was a trained boxer he would know how/where/how hard to hit the kid so as to not do any permanent damage. Considering its his profession to know such things.

      Wiskeybomb kind of has a point. I don't know why he was dugg down. Boxers are trained to lay asses out, not how to moderate their punches so that people don't get hurt. One hit from a good trained fighter can be dangerous to a normal person. Boxers and other trained fighters have to have their bodies licensed as weapons for a reason.

      Plus, it looks like the boxer was an adult while the bully was a teenager. If this is true, the man should be put in jail, and the kid should be sent to juvie.

      The fact that he punched him out once, then declined to beat him further qualifies him as a good semaritan. He can easily argue he was restraining him until the police got there.

      Also, he could arguably be called a professional puncher. He would know how much force to put where in order to effectively knock him out but not kill him.
