Bounce the ping pong ball off something and then move the cup to where it lands. Secondly, they're most likely in COLLEGE; therefore have a lot of free time and obviously spent days trying to make these ridiculous shots - still pretty impressive though.

Don't get me wrong, there were some creative and amusing shots in there. But there were probably 10 to 100 tries per take. - ArcticCelt, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I dont' think its fake but here what I think the trick is. If I wanted to make a video like that here what I would do. Go to some random place where I can throw my ball always the same way and where it will bounce a couple of times then without moving ask for a friend to put the glass right where the ball will go. Then you need to repeat maybe between 2-20 times until you replicate your first throw and the ball goes in the glass. You can even start with one bounce and each time add some new object where the ball lands you just need to try to throw with the same force. The final result look like if they calculated all bounces but in fact they just put the glass where there trials tell them do put it.

Certainly wouldn't be hard to do it, and one or two of the examples look iffy at best. But then again, I have known enough bored people in my life to be just as convinced that this particular group of bored people wasted many many hours getting very very good at doing something utterly pointless.

The simplest explanation is usually the best??? How does that prove that the video is fake? I bet it'd be aTON simpler to fake this footage than it would to actually master and get all of these shots for real on video. Not that i'm saying that these are fake, but Occam's razor does NOT apply here... -
