Aging Before Your Eyes. One photo every day. For 8 years.
c71123.com — I have always wanted to do this.....it would be neat to look at when you are old.
- 1354 diggs
- digg it
- Eirik90, on 12/15/2007, -5/+21thats pretty interesting, I like how you can see his hair changing gradually.
- diidiiidiid, on 12/15/2007, -3/+2you can see when he shaved..... sweet
- Walker2323, on 12/15/2007, -1/+22It's too bad that he ended up as a hippie at the end. I wanted a happy ending.
- banthis, on 12/15/2007, -0/+1You've noticed he used the same shirt for over 3 days ? :D
- ispeakasian, on 12/15/2007, -2/+1How can you tell? It was going really fast.
- Melenor, on 12/15/2007, -1/+2Check out his mustache near the end. That thing goes all over!
- diidiiidiid, on 12/15/2007, -3/+2you can see when he shaved..... sweet
- Bukowsky, on 12/15/2007, -2/+73I wish I had the patience & dedication to create something like that....
- hdar3415, on 12/15/2007, -8/+2Actually if you were taking pictures of a naked woman over that time period you probably would have the patience & dedication.
- Bobius, on 12/15/2007, -1/+2I do have that sort of dedication.. Right now my video is entitled, "Joe takes a picture of himself every day, for ONE day."
- ispeakasian, on 12/15/2007, -2/+1I could if someone gave me enough weed. So i can turn them into the police, of course.
- WordsnCollision, on 12/15/2007, -2/+9Kind of evens out the bad hair days, doesn't it?
- supernova17, on 12/15/2007, -3/+36coral cache in case if this dies http://www.c71123.com.nyud.net/daily_photo/
- ispeakasian, on 12/15/2007, -1/+1But what if the cache server dies? Which it did.
- gracias, on 12/15/2007, -48/+7hipster *****
- HHP2K, on 12/15/2007, -19/+9Bet you wouldn't want me to call you a stupid *****' wop just by looking at your name, would you?
- Lenny, on 12/15/2007, -1/+54link to video just in case: http://www.vimeo.com/106228/
- iPissExcellence, on 12/15/2007, -0/+28nice work jebus
- maxyRO, on 12/15/2007, -0/+73kinda sad to see pictures of yourself getting older and older.
- Lafftermath, on 12/15/2007, -0/+25better than seeing pictures of yourself get younger...
could you imagine going through puberty backwards?- Smills, on 12/15/2007, -0/+11Would certainly be an interesting and painful experience. But definitely interesting...
- raakesh123, on 12/16/2007, -2/+0ahah a reply, to a reply, reply. ....
- cbartlett, on 12/16/2007, -1/+1Has anyone tested how many levels it will go before Digg implodes?
- Smills, on 12/15/2007, -0/+11Would certainly be an interesting and painful experience. But definitely interesting...
- TheNepenthe, on 12/16/2007, -1/+0Yeah it would freak me out because I don't want to get older anyway..
- Lafftermath, on 12/15/2007, -0/+25better than seeing pictures of yourself get younger...
- oreonblade, on 12/15/2007, -0/+89Wow, he really lets his hair grow out before cropping it. Also liked the way his moustache grew and started dancing around in the last quarter of the clip.
- doctorfungi, on 12/15/2007, -2/+67The first documented case of progressive transformation to Nickelback singer syndrome?
- satx, on 12/15/2007, -5/+1L O ***** L
- cerealjynx, on 12/15/2007, -0/+96Pretty neat, but it would have been more interesting in more delevopmental years. A vid of age 8-16 would be pretty bizzare, I'd imagine.
- unreg, on 12/15/2007, -3/+12Server seems to have aged without photos.
- pipes27, on 12/15/2007, -15/+5Man, you really dugg deep into the bag of old ***** on the internet for this one.
- ksong12, on 12/15/2007, -8/+1107 diggs.... and poof! Aged.
- DrZocktahedron, on 12/15/2007, -13/+5I think this was on digg many times. I've seen this on digg before.
- cambob76, on 12/15/2007, -1/+3Wow.
- AlexPod, on 12/15/2007, -1/+6I think your comment is redundant. You're repeating yourself in your comment.
- DrZocktahedron, on 12/16/2007, -1/+2Wow. Your retarded. I said It was thoiught to be seen many times. Iv'e seen it at least once.
- wsuBobby, on 12/15/2007, -0/+6that was pretty sweet. I like how he had that artist mustache for a bit and i saw a big ass pimple somewhere in there.
- Psythik, on 12/15/2007, -1/+11He was looking his best in about the middle part of the video.
- darny, on 12/15/2007, -16/+9I feel like this has been on digg every day for the past 8 years
- Zetsubou, on 12/15/2007, -12/+5These have been done so many times.
- soot, on 12/15/2007, -0/+22Apparently everyone must have had the same idea 8 years ago before it became popular then.
- mustache, on 12/15/2007, -0/+5That's just about when digital cameras started coming out... Makes sense.
- soot, on 12/15/2007, -0/+22Apparently everyone must have had the same idea 8 years ago before it became popular then.
- Mookeh, on 12/15/2007, -1/+57Apparently he had a bit of an identity crisis later on.
- p2a1x7, on 12/15/2007, -1/+78I bet he shaved his head just because he knew it would look awesome growing back
- Melenor, on 12/15/2007, -2/+1Twice
- sladek, on 12/15/2007, -0/+31Hi face looks the same all the way through, It's only when he grows a beard and 'tache and gets a lame ponytail that he looks old
- H0ns, on 12/15/2007, -6/+5Noah?
Noah takes a photo of himself every day for 6 years:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6B26asyGKDo- iashraf, on 12/15/2007, -2/+10Last time I checked, 6 years had nothing on 8 years...
- xadhominemx, on 12/15/2007, -2/+11I'd say it has about 75%.
- iashraf, on 12/15/2007, -2/+10Last time I checked, 6 years had nothing on 8 years...
- dotlizard, on 12/15/2007, -2/+11he sure went through a phase with those weird Clark Kent glasses in the middle there.
- drknownothing, on 12/15/2007, -0/+2That's pretty interesting. Wish I did something like that in my teen years.
- Amadeus2490, on 12/15/2007, -3/+4He looked stupid with the glasses at the beginning, just fine towards the middle and then he got the sudden idea to make himself look like George Harrison. I hope I don't decide to do that 8 years from today.
- Syntaxis, on 12/15/2007, -0/+1Whoa.. somehow this is quite inspirational - I've been having the same look for a few years now, time for a change.. perhaps long hair.. maybe entirely no hair..
Fun to watch :-)- theodenking, on 12/15/2007, -0/+1If anything it's the opposite... he had basically the same look for ages then near the end decided to look like a poverty-stricken shogun. Stick to what works.
- gerrylazlo, on 12/15/2007, -0/+8He's very Bale-esque.
- Llanowar, on 12/15/2007, -3/+40Though fun, I keep seeing people doing this.
They should come up with an original idea. And I've got just the idea in mind.
Decomposing for 8 years.
After someone you know dies, take a picture of that person every day for 8 years.
Don't judge me- funkyjunk3, on 12/15/2007, -1/+4That would be disturbing to the extreme.
If you must though, here's a bunch of videos to fulfill your morbid urge: http://youtube.com/results?search_query=decomposit ...- cbartlett, on 12/16/2007, -0/+1The monkey one called Beneath the Surface is pretty sick. And I mean that in the Urban Dictionary kind of way.
- Skitals, on 12/15/2007, -1/+4I'm sure he got this idea from a similar video on digg.... 8 years ago.
- funkyjunk3, on 12/15/2007, -1/+4That would be disturbing to the extreme.
- Syphon8, on 12/15/2007, -8/+4He looks so ***** dirty towards the end.
- catalysis, on 12/15/2007, -2/+3Why, because he has long hair? who the ***** cares.
- Syphon8, on 12/15/2007, -3/+4No, because he has a hobo beard.
- catalysis, on 12/15/2007, -2/+3Why, because he has long hair? who the ***** cares.
- TheBuzzKiller, on 12/15/2007, -6/+3got about 2 seconds into the music and had to shut it off... pretty sure my neighbors are gonna kill me now ... powerful weak ... I guess I'll have to wait another 8 years until he gets a taste for music.
- Papajohn56, on 12/15/2007, -6/+1I wonder if he ever gets a normal taste in clothes.
- Leo21k, on 12/15/2007, -0/+23His face barely aged at all in those 8 years.
- rstarr, on 12/15/2007, -2/+18This is a better one: http://youtube.com/watch?v=m7dnGo_2tZA
- funkyjunk3, on 12/15/2007, -1/+1lol
- zspeed78, on 12/15/2007, -0/+6How did he keep the exact same smile/lip orientation.. it doesnt move....
- funkyjunk3, on 12/15/2007, -0/+3There's computer software that will stitch timelapse frames together so they stay still. It uses recognition algorithms.
- TannerLD, on 12/15/2007, -0/+6And that software would be?
- funkyjunk3, on 12/15/2007, -0/+3There's computer software that will stitch timelapse frames together so they stay still. It uses recognition algorithms.
- cambob76, on 12/15/2007, -0/+10It would have been cool if he had a weight problem and kept fad-dieting.
- cbdgr, on 12/15/2007, -7/+2i counted only 2230 frames, thats only 6 years, unless you take weekends off.
- jendeau, on 12/16/2007, -0/+2get this guy a hobby.
- bwtaha, on 12/15/2007, -0/+2very interesting, hard to believe that was 8 years of aging on his face
- Stonekeeper, on 12/15/2007, -0/+1my ears are bleeding. Excellent!
- Unclickable, on 12/15/2007, -0/+3years of everyday photo http://yuxt.com/Unclickable/photo_a_day
- SilverBack101, on 12/15/2007, -0/+3Oh God my ***** ears! D:
- theferno, on 12/15/2007, -0/+1more like One overloaded server every day. For a short amount of time depending on the server years.
- roebeet, on 12/15/2007, -1/+2I've seen a few of these - unfortunately, the ones doing it are twenty somethings, so you really don't change all that much in 6 to 8 years (other than facial fair, hairstyles, glasses, tan, etc). I'd like to see a forty (hmmm - note to self) or fifty something do this - that's the age where you really start to change physically. Or even better, someone going from a pre-teen to an adult - major changes in a very short period of time.
- Sterango, on 12/15/2007, -0/+1But he didnt age! His hair just grew and got cropepd and grew...DEMONSPAWN, BURN HIM!!!!!!11
- theferno, on 12/15/2007, -0/+1that soundtrack is sick bro mind if i snag that for a new rhyme i've been workin on?
- Pinkertinkle, on 12/15/2007, -0/+1Sorta like this huh: http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y195/EriqLaBeija/ ...
- killq, on 12/15/2007, -1/+0I see we have another digg user too stupid to link a page properly. Big ***** surprise there.
- JAGUART, on 12/15/2007, -0/+0If he does this for the rest of his life, his entire project would be suitable for a reknown museum.
- tufftugg, on 12/16/2007, -1/+0How many Servers do Digger's crash a day?
- bananzaroo, on 12/16/2007, -0/+1he just keeps getting better looking. except the hippie phase. the shaved head was hot.
