What makes it even worse is the girl who made the complain watched as her classmates were forced to take their clothes off. Even a completely "legal" search would never allow that. Its not like she's the only one who knows what $100 looks like.

Strip-searching in Iowa is illegal. "However, what we did, forcing girls to remove their clothes to search for $100 is not strip-searching."
People know what's wrong in theory, but refuse to accept what they did in practice was wrong nor in anyways related to what they'd been taught was wrong. Interesting psychological aspect of human nature.

Blastek wasn't talking about having a relationship with a 16 year old, where the "things that come out of their mouth" would come into play.
He was talking about instinctual physical attraction. Some people repress/deny this attraction, which can lead to all sorts of problems. Others accept is as natural, and use their higher level thinking to determine that it would be wrong to have sex with a 13 year old regardless of their attraction. This is a much more healthy stance than repression/denial.
