We already saw at least 10 iterations of this when the Pyro update was released, and they all had a lot more work put into them than this one, which is clearly just somebody jumping on the bandwagon. Come up with your own ideas, and try harder when you execute them!

These women actually look like they could go out and kill someone (probably because it's a well-done shopped version of the original male characters) whereas the anime-inspired one just looks like a bunch of hoochies holding fake weapons for a photo shoot, before they drop everything and go hit the club. It's drawn well, but I can't imagine those scant, flimsy clothes being of any practical use when in a pitched firefight, other than to show off cleavage.
