Stores will make up crap because either their system needs a date as a required field OR they just put in their best guess so people can get hyped and preorder.

They do not get advnace information regarding release dates EVER. Like always they are just guessing until there is an official announcement. This is just how they operate, i'm sorry if you've been taking their "release dates" as fact, they just aren't. Please stop submitting "news" based on their release dates, you aren't providing a service to anyone.

- pharmtech, on 10/11/2007, -0/+0The fact that starcraft 2 is coming out is great but it is delayed. The original was released 10 years ago and only NOW they decided to release the sequel. It probably took them 2-3 years to come up with the name. :-) Dont get me wrong, I am excited for the release, but I just hope that the game will be worth the wait.

The thing is that they have been working on the game for 4 years now and the pressure of keeping the next Starcraft game just as good as the first and making it better is great. I really admire Blizzard for not making a rash move and releasing the game this year, when it is not ready.
