- adeelarshad82, on 05/02/2009, -1/+43I wonder how big each of these different planets are...in comparison with the world of other MMO's
- Barbas06, on 05/02/2009, -0/+37If they pull this off, this might be the first MMO i actually want to play
- Blakestone, on 05/02/2009, -0/+18Well if you think about it. A race is often named after where it comes from. I am American because I am from America. The English are the English because they are from England. Earthlings are called Earthlings because we are from the plannet Earth. The Huts are called Huts because Hutlings sounds stupid.
- Xaevier, on 05/02/2009, -0/+18Looks like a good MMO, I worry about the Jedi/Sith ratio tho, I can easily see it being 75% Sith...
- dna513, on 05/02/2009, -0/+16I miss my house on SWG = (
- brimg87, on 05/02/2009, -0/+12Why is the aspect ratio crunched?
- ganymede2010, on 05/02/2009, -4/+15The true WoW killer, until Blizzards releases World of Starcraft.
- kahoona1, on 05/02/2009, -1/+11Does anyone know how many planets they plan on making?
- inactive, on 05/02/2009, -1/+10This looks fantastic. I've been searching for a decent MMO ever since the population dropped in Anarchy Online and this might be it.
- TheIndigoSky, on 05/02/2009, -3/+12Very mixed on this. The KOTOR series was my favorite series of all time. The planets remind me of the wonder that exploring the galaxy was in KOTOR (particularly II), but the cartoonish look is very very counter to the KOTOR heritage in my opinion.

- ladyleelee, on 05/02/2009, -0/+9thats cool, thanks. I saw the desktop of the smuggler alien chick person . . . the worlds they look all well done.
I like how they are taking time and paying attention to the detail and experience the players get from just viewing the world - daveward, on 05/02/2009, -0/+7The only really bad thing was the clothing and equipment that fat headed dude was wearing on Ord mantell lol, but yea... pretty cool vid.
- sultad, on 05/02/2009, -0/+7Favorite new bumper sticker: Warning dates on calendar are closer than they appear!
- fangor, on 05/02/2009, -1/+8Looks pretty, but not enough information given to form a coherent opinion.
- ell0bo, on 05/02/2009, -0/+6sounds like a fun challenge
- DarkRellik, on 05/03/2009, -0/+6Good odds for any Jedi!
- blingbin, on 05/02/2009, -0/+6looks great but i can't wait for some Mass Effect 2 footage
- JackSrenton, on 05/02/2009, -1/+6lol did you just jack this comment off the video or are you and
briansho225 the same person?
haha - SHUUTOBI, on 05/02/2009, -0/+5Hopefully it won't be an instanced theme park...
- Xaevier, on 05/02/2009, -0/+5Blizzard only works harder when new competition pops up, just look at how they absorbed everything that was better about Warhammer, achievements easier questing etc.
- fearlessfx, on 05/03/2009, -0/+4As a huge Star Wars nerd you probably didn't have much of a social life in the first place.
...
I'm kidding, i love Star Wars too :) - inactive, on 05/03/2009, -0/+4You can't be THAT big of a Bioware fan if you haven't played KOTOR since it also takes place thousands of years before the galactic civil war. For me, Bioware's take on Star Wars has been an extremely refreshing change from the played out world of the Star Wars movies and that is why I will definitely be picking up this MMORPG.
- TwwIX, on 05/02/2009, -0/+4If it is half as good as Pre NGE SWG, i may give it a try.
- JackSrenton, on 05/02/2009, -0/+4If it makes you feel better..thats a name straight outa the Expanded Universe..although im wondering if this is the predecessor planet to Nal Hutta..and if so does that mean Nal means new in Huttese?
- c010rb1indusa, on 05/02/2009, -0/+4It's supposed to be somewhat of a continuation of the KOTOR games which were set a thousand years before the original trilogy, plus this is the best way to do Jedi vs Sith and actually have it be equal because the Sith remained dormant with really only 2 of them at a time for the thousand years leading up to the original trilogy.
- nils, on 05/03/2009, -0/+3That actually works - remember, the dark side is easier, more persuasive...
- rwallen, on 05/03/2009, -0/+3cry more
- ganymede2010, on 05/02/2009, -2/+5I agree WoW is fun, but I've been playing it since launch. And nothing of true quality has been released since. The combination of Bioware and Lucas Arts is absolutely perfect. I have complete confidence that Bioware won't make the same fatal mistakes that S.O.E did.
- Deaconstructed, on 05/03/2009, -0/+3That sucks but seriously, QQ some more... like they said 'hey ***** people who live out in butt-*****-nowhere'.
- Xhysa, on 05/03/2009, -1/+4Move.
- Xhysa, on 05/03/2009, -1/+4You sound like an unbelievable douche.

No, ***** you for holding the internet back. Companies still heed to your frivolous needs. Move, or deal with it. - thelove, on 05/03/2009, -1/+4Jizzed, in my pants.
- o0adam0o, on 05/02/2009, -0/+3Hahah i was thinking the same thing. Jedis FTW!
- riverdaledragon, on 05/03/2009, -0/+3Only the weak-minded go for the darkside... Jedis FTW
- mashupXXL, on 05/03/2009, -0/+2Dugg for Fear Factory. ***** yeah buddy!
- KyotoWolf, on 05/03/2009, -0/+2Back in SWG it was surprisingly the opposite way around, the Rebels far outnumbered the Galactic Empire on most servers that I played on.
- KyotoWolf, on 05/03/2009, -0/+2Around 4000BBY Nal Hutta was abbreviated to Hutta, they're the same planet (and for reference before the Hutts moved in Nal Hutta was called Evocar after the Evocii).
- cloneenolc, on 05/05/2009, -1/+3My Whole guild from WoW will be re-rolling once this comes out. Blizzard will be hemorrhaging players to this game.
- Zindrix, on 05/02/2009, -0/+2They probably did it better than Mythic could as well. After playing Warhammer for awhile you start to realize how Mythic failed at finishing some of their ideas, and spending little time on the key factors of PvP. They are very terrible at class balance and the whole "team centric" concept isn't exactly working out either. The PvE dungeons are a snooze fest and the end game PvP got old quickly too.
- JackSrenton, on 05/02/2009, -0/+2I played WoW for awhile, but I never truly got into it. Its a great game, im just not really into Fantasy.
But being a huge star wars nerd, I see my social life ending the minute this game comes out. - Roguecop, on 05/02/2009, -0/+2They aren't 'engines' you insensitive man, they are native americans.
- RadiatedAnt, on 05/02/2009, -1/+3the beta was awsome it was the most addicting thing I've every come across in a game but then they ***** it up somewhere along the lines when I registered 2 years later to play after the beta had closed the UI just plane sucked.
- o0adam0o, on 05/02/2009, -0/+2Well i read in an interview that they did not want the characters or world to look realistic... but more artistic.
- Crashwithuhk, on 05/04/2009, -0/+2Yes, I know KOTOR takes place on that timeline as well. I've played BioWare's and Obsidian's and neither felt like a Star Wars game to me either. It's like they went "Alright lets make a list of everything people love about Star Wars and then we'll throw all it out except for two" and jedi and sith just happened to make it.
- Reiben, on 05/03/2009, -0/+1Seaseme.. What server did you play on? Eclipse by any chance?
- Seaseme, on 05/03/2009, -0/+1Chilastra, but I did have a character on Eclipse named Seaseme.. Can't remember much about it though, I really didn't last long on that server.
- RadiatedAnt, on 05/02/2009, -0/+1oh my god thankyou i didnt even know 0_0 do you play online as well im about to reinstall!
