    Theres 7 girls with 2 legs each. 14 Legs
    Each Girl has 7 bags so that 49 bags
    Theres 7 big cats in each bag so thats 343 big cats.
    Each cat has 4 legs so thats 1372 legs for the big cats.
    Theres 7 small cats for each big cat so that 2401 small cats
    2401 small cats x 4 is 9604 legs.
    now add them all together and you get 10990 legs in total
