One of the players on the team is the commander and plays the game from a birds-eye-view. He builds the base, researches upgrades, drops weapons, etc. The other players play in FPS mode and are responsible for getting resources so the commander can do stuff.

Not a horrible thing, but you have to keep in mind it's not a revolutionary, deep game by any means.

Total conversion remake of Half Life 1. :D - Cerebral, on 11/12/2007, -1/+5Dugg for the killer old reference. That game even put the health bar above the people's head you were shooting. It's a classic and you can get it with that $9.99 C&C Ultimate Box thing.
