Finally: Forgotten Hope 2 mod for Battlefield 2 release date

forgottenhope.bf1942files.com — The hotly anticipated WWII themed mod for the PC Game "Battlefield 2" has announced that it will release this Friday December the 12th. All the fun of previous game BF1942's WWII era with better graphics and features of a modern engine (Squads, Voip, Commanders, Context Sensitive menu's etc). Could this be BF2's "Desert Combat?"

  • aggies11, on 12/10/2007, -0/+1This is personally the mod I have been the most excited for. It's 1942 all over again, but with BF2's better graphics and advanced features. Other BF2 mods haven't really caught on that much (not nearly close to what 1942's Desert Combat mod did) and I have to wonder/hope if this one can. It's a 2+ year old game/engine but Forgotten Hope 2 could be the refreshing shot in the arm that it needs.
